Received my orange trainers and thy are not B-grades but they are nice. Decided to take a pic of my small humble collection.

More pics of my custom MC trainers that I wore today. I started off with blue wires but changed my mind half way so it took longer than I expected. This shoe was not the easiest thing to paint either. I for one don't mind the padding on these at all! Comfy...

Received my orange trainers as well today. UNPADDED FTW! Looks like it was indeed Batch #1 production date (01/05/12).

To the Nostradamus NTer that came up with the theory that Nike repurchases old stock from retailers, this is looking more like the case now...

Also, there is little to no possibility that the entire clearance section of the trainers could vanish overnight (when most had FSR). The colorways are most likely heading to outlets. I am just speculating, but I'm also superstitious. And when I combine the two, usually good things happen

I should have bought another pair of the orange trainers. I've worn mine a bunch and should probably have a backup.

Got my orange trainers, not B-grades fortunately, but unfortunately haha.

haha, I see what you did there.

I'm with you. There was for sure still way too many black/white trainers and orange trainers to be sold out and disappear overnight. Now if only I can find when and which outlets they are hitting. lol

I bought a pair of the Flyknit Racer Multicolor in Size 12 but they´re a bit to tight. Usually 12 in Nike(Roshe, Pegasus8330) fit perfectly...

So I´m wondering if they were ever released in 12.5 or only in 13?

Hmm, something I've recently noticed. I usually wear my Flyknits with low cut Nike Dri-fit socks btw.

My flyknit racers fit pretty tight and snug when I wear them with socks but without almost feel too big. My flyknit trainers which are padded fit pretty good even without socks and of course comfortably snug with socks as well.

Now that I just got my first pair of Orange trainers (Unpadded), it almost feels too big off the bat. Mainly length wise, the shoes seem to run pretty long and have almost a slight heel slip. With socks it feels much better fitted, but I can imagine once they break in, it will feel a little bit bigger again. :smh:

Tried on a pair of the racers, TTS for sure. But wayy to narrow, almost the whole ball of my big toe was hanging over the edge. Too bad as these are super light and look good.

What is the Flyknit Collective?
failed attempt at forming a group of flyknit enthusiasts on niketalk, similar to team roshe in concept
Similar concept of what StoneyTony said but the reason why I failed was because MC Racers dropped and a huge influx of new ppl came on. So the Ppl part of the collective stopped posting because we were tired of answering the same questions and couldn't progress until everybody got their MC's. But Livin, Daveyrockit, and chr1s2394 def pulled through will all the MC links and helped answer the new contributors' questions. Along with many others, I and im pretty sure the rest of the collective thank them for really helping out

Ridiculous how theres talk of returning stuff cause of such a trivial detail.

My friend received unpadded Trainers and compared them to mine, both in look and feel.

Not that serious by ANY means.
For some people it's not that serious, but ppl have their preferences. We can't blame them for that.

Hence why the group has not progressed. I think 5 is more fair...
Group hasn't progressed because new ppl are coming up to speed. We all need to be on the same page before we progress. If we phase out new ppl then we are considered jerks and "entitled" to things related to flyknits.

Your definition of "snug" is probably different than others. Snug for me is i can wear my sneakers untied with loose laces and the shoe wont flop in the heel at all (my heel is always locked in) I wear a 9.5, but when I had to get a size 10 in trainers they felt big for me and i had to laces them up, but still some movement in the heel area.

I really need to pick up those orange trainers soon, these pics are making my mouth water!

Davey nice HTM chukkas

Once they break in, you can steam them for a better fit. I did these with a pair of Trainers which the previous owner oblviously had a wider foot than I did. The whole toe box had taken shape of his foot but after steaming, it tighten up and starting to mold to my feet.

I also just picked up the missing link to my og trainer set. I'll post some pictures of the whole set this weekend.

Definitely know what you're saying. Guess I figured it would be safer to try the bigger of the 2 sizes I could wear to play it safe. But I know what you mean about the slight heel lift even laced up. Could feel a little of that with my unpadded orange trainers.

I hear what you are saying. I'm pretty wide foot for the most part and the front toe box actually feel pretty good. It's the length of the shoe that feels like they are long and the heel isn't as secure.

I missed out on the Black Trainers when they hit clearance, any chance they'll pop back out? |I

Pretty sure they will. Find it odd they took off the Black/white, orange (just been put up), and the others over night. Yet left the wave 2's up. Probably just trying to give people a scare so when they pop back up everyone will jump. Lol not a bad idea!
