Is anyone familiar with Nike's return policy? I looked online and I found this.. I need to know which one it is because the pair I want to return has only been worn once since I bought it 2 weeks ago. It would be much appreciated if someone could clarify for me! Thanks

You can return your worn shoes within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund to Nike.com or a Nike store.

Yes - seems pretty straight forward to me.  If you've worn them, which it sounds like you did, and it is over 30 days then no return unless there is a defect.

The two images I posted showed different return policies - one indicating that I couldn't return it unless it was new/unworn, while the other one said that all items could be returned within 30 days regardless of it's condition. But thanks for the clarification!

Mine got updated for early delivery for today. Bay Area people, you may also get them today then.

Yeah buddy! Woke up today to track my MC Racers (knowing they wouldn't get to me until Friday) and what do you know. Early delivery scheduled for today! Bay Area resident...

SO HEATED.

I ordered 2 pair of MC racers the night they hit the NDC website (11:45 CT on Friday). Order still shows "In Progress." Called Nike to see what the deal was, as some people have already received their pair. Rep informed me that shoe is "on a delay" because they are currently sold out and there are none at the warehouse. He said he thought the warehouse will restock so that is why the order wasn't cancelled. He said I should have received an email saying that my order is delayed because they are back-ordered.

I guess next time I will only order one pair? I have no idea why later orders were fulfilled but mine was not. I don't have a lot of faith that this order is getting fulfilled.
I am also in the same boat as you. I ordered the night they were available on the site and got 2 pairs as well. My order is still in progress with no shipping confirmation. It's ridiculous that they did not fulfill orders that were submitted first. Still trying to be patient and remain optimistic.

Man....I thought you meant Niketown had them. I was going to jet there right now.
The nike store in SF doesn't have any of the racers and trainers. they are in the temp store at the moment so they dont have much of anything else either.  they have the MC lunars though.

Guys really need to talk to the Nike reps directly...if you don't get anywhere with the online chat, call in!  They really can check in on your orders, and help push them through....Nike reps (in general) are awesome.  Just be patient with them, and explain your case.

Just got my multi's in, the shoes look dope but the left one is cut higher in the ankle than the right shoe and the tongue was too short.  I don't want to return them because the right shoe has alot of blue in it which I like...I am hoping there is a restock on ndc so I can switch out the defect shoe.  Anyways, here is a crappy instagram pic of them.  They look even better in person.

Still have to open-up the other boxes as I purchased quite a few thinking I'd want a matching set, but I'm starting to like the contrast...

you can only return unworn items. they will only take it worn if it had a deffect. if you just want to return something worn just because, they wont do it. its pretty clear.

Yes, but a rep can't help you if the order has been canceled and there is no stock to ship out. They will just tell you it was not available to ship because that's all it tells them.

Did you guys with canceled or still pending orders select ground shipping or 2 day?

I've returned worn shoes within 30 days several times and it's never been a problem.

Look Here: http://help-en-us.nike.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29785/p/3897

it clearly states Nike Shoes (including iD) and Clothing may be returned FOR ANY REASON within 30 days of ship date.

Only items returned after 30 days must be "unworn and unwashed"

Either way...From lots and lots of experience working with NDC, I've seen tons of people having orders cancelled on a range of releases (whether a popular GR to a more limited release); if you talk to the reps in a respectable manner, they can be of help.  To each their own

I actually did speak with a rep and he confirmed that it has not been cancelled even though it's a bit strange it hasn't shipped yet. He said that it looks like it is ready to ship and maybe just waiting for UPS to pick up. He recommended I wait until the end of today to see if anything changes and if not, call back and ask for a review/investigation. Remaining patient on this one but still frustrated and keeping fingers crossed.
