Coffee Drinkers: Come In

Turkish & Arabic Coffee... some of the best bean out there.
Also Jamaican coffee been grown high in the mountain....that's some good but underated stuff right there...

We brew local stuff here in Oregon. Allann Bros

My dad got me into the Keurig brewers. In fact I just got one off eBay early this morning.

Can someone school me on the Keurig K-Cups?

Not sure which one to buy. I live by myself btw, and I usually like a cup of coffee in the morning. Which would be the best buy?

I've been using the Nespresso machine, and so far not bad. Not the best espresso money can buy, but it does the job. I'm a fan.

I had one at my hotel over the weekend thinking about getting one.

anybody else got one?

Blue Bottle, french pressed or Moka Pot when I'm at home or taking it to work. Only drink it black.

Double Espresso if I'm purchasing.

Drink about 3 cups a day.

Coffee from AM carts in NYC >>>

They arent the best but nothingg beats a cup in the AM right after you get off the train.

i drink my 2 big mugs of Bustelo every morning. sometimes with Italian sweet cream creamer, other times with regular store brand creamer and no additional sugar. usually when i visit my parents my dad always serves the Goya brand with steamed milk. Cafe con leche!

I love some Dunkin donuts coffee too. Hot in the winter and iced in the summer. skim milk and no sugar. i swear there is more caffeine in that than my Bustelo. not big on Starbucks. Quick Check is good in a pinch too. extreme caffeine FTW.

been drinking the costco columbian coffee during the weekends when i don't feel like going out to grab a cup. it's surprisingly good for the price you pay. also been trying the pour over method but since i'm too lazy to grind my own beans, i'm probably not getting the most out of it. it does make for an easy clean up tho :pimp:

I used to never be a coffee drinker. But I decided to stop taking preworkouts and thought coffee/espresso would give me a nice little boost before th gym. Now I look forward to nice cup of joe in the morning

I drink the caffeine and kilos pr blend. C&K is a small weightlifting/coffee brand that ive come to support. Their coffee is hand roasted, organic, and has a high caffeine content. Probably doesnt mean much, but it sold me on it. I havent worked my way up to black coffee yet, so I use different creamers. I throw in coconut oil and grass-fed organic pure butter to keep my flow of caffeine steady all day..

Bump just bought my girl a an Nespresso for XMas, only place to cop pods is online or boutiques?

I'm also intrigued by the Aero Press might cop

Aware me on what i need to get to start making coffee

Gonna be drinking some every morning. Thanks in advance

I finally bought an Aeropress and it's been amazing.

Quick and easy. Boil water, while it's boiling, grind the beans and set up the Aeropress. Pour in the water, let it steep a bit, plunge, add more water, and you're done. Takes 3-4 minutes max. I also bought a small frothing wand for about 8 bucks to froth up some hot milk and I've been making at home lattes too. Clean-up is super simple too.

For the price, I'd definitely recommend it as a step up over the conventional drip machines. I like it better than my French Press because the filter catches all the little sludge and ground that might be in your French Press brew.

I started cold brewing my own iced coffee concentrate. Let it steep for a good 24 hours. 8)

I used to do it every morning but stopped last week though, since it is finally getting colder and raining here in the Bay Area, and have been back on my travel french press.

aeropress is the truth. I have a while I don't use it. Might pull it out now that you mention it

I used to do the whole, buy the beans, grind them and what not.  Not sure about this aeropress thing.  I enjoy coffee, drink them black, and once in a while a nice latte does it for me.

Bialetti makes good coffee makers too but, pour overs is a great underrated way to make coffee. You can control the water temp which needs to be around 300 degrees (which a lot of drip coffee machines don't do)and it's the most direct way to get coffee.

im spoiled i dont make my own coffee at home so i usually grab a red eye at starbucks, a vanilla cappuccino, pumpkin spice lattee or a frappuccino when its warm out

I'm kind of addicted to coffee. I drink around 4 cups a day. Black with a bit a sugar is my fav. Anyone have experience with the beans they sell at outlet stores like tjmaxx and century 21? They are brands I never heard of including organic 100% arabica beans. I hear people saying they are pretty good for the price.

once you make a great cup at home, you'll realize that drip coffee is inferior in most chain coffee shops. Out of all the chains, I enjoy Peets the most, I only go to Starbucks when I'm desperate or I want a coffee drink.
