Coffee Drinkers: Come In

Since it’s been hot, I have been attempting to do a cold brew every morning.

Been having to set reminders to prep the French press when I get home work so the grounds can get that 12+ hours needed.
 
Gotta get that hario cold brew pot. Beans, water just throw it in he fridge. Lighter roast coffees make better cold brews also
 
I’ve been using my Nespresso machine everyday since I got it but I also have a French press I wanna try out. Any recommended coffee blends that are good and not too bitter? Prefer a lighter roast for sure.
 
Went to Shepherd Artisan Coffee Shop in South Beach a few years ago and it was best coffee I've ever had
