Are New Balances made mainly for people with wide feet???

Thread Starter
So I wore my NB 2000's 2 times already and they are so wide that it kind of takes away the comfort of the shoe.. I have Narrow feet BTW.. I am thinking about returning them to exchange them for the 993's in black or maybe the new 990's in black (Whenever those come out). Do you guys think this is a good exchange? Also, are New Balances made mainly for wide feet people?

I wouldn't say they're made for wide feet people but they do account for people with wider feet with wider sizes. Also, did you try on different pairs of the 2000s or just go with your true size in Jordans/Nikes? New Balance fits weird depending on where the shoe was made.
Felt sorry for my maid, I gave that girl a raise. She said you got too many Js, I'd be cleaning for days.

To me they're only wide if you get the wider sizes. I bought some 574s a while back and they rubbed the hell out of my pinky toe, but do did the Cement IVs.

Check to make sure they didn't give you a wide

No.

They make NBs in widths. D width is the norm; most shoes you buy at mall retailer or sporting goods store is a D. When you go up in letter (E, EE, etc) you go up in width...and vice versa.
