alot of the dudes on MMG (mello music group) the label oddisee is on have some good tunes too. there's just so much other stuff im checking for a lil more heavy, otherwise id give them a look too.
that apollo brown w/ oc was pretty good. has-lo and diamond district got joints too.

Be sure to check out XO's new project that drops on Mello in 2 weeks. I did some work on the album (artwork + executive ****)
 
My brahs in here have good taste in music. So I need your opinion on an artist I manage.

first i gotta say off the bat that what i think is buddy's wave (big sean, j cole, drake) aint my thing.

the song is good but not great, he can rap and you could put that song on a mixtape or mixshow and it wouldn't be out of place w/ the guys on the level hes trying to get to.

its not so bad that i would go telling everyone i know not to listen, but there just isn't anything that grabs me. im an old man and maybe its not meant for me.

on a technical note i really don't like the double voice adlib on the chorus.

and also, how many song titles/themes/album titles/mixtapes can possibly relate to being high? I smoke like chimmney, and its getting really played out
 
Just listened to Jay-Z's Vol. 3 :x straight terrible, can anybody provide me with some historical context as to why this album was so bad?
