SANTA CLARA, CALIF. (AP)
Construction on the new San Francisco 49ers stadium has been stopped after a worker was found dead in an elevator shaft.

TRAGIC SPORTS DEATHS
Remembering the many athletes sports lost way too soon.
The unidentified man was discovered around 6:50 a.m. Tuesday on the lowest level of the stadium edifice. Construction officials have not said how he died.

State workplace safety officials are expected to investigate.

Construction on the $1.3 billion Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara began in April 2012. The 49ers are expected to move there from Candlestick Park for the 2014 season.

Santa Clara city spokesman Dan Beerman tells the San Francisco Chronicle (http://bit.ly/1bsuH3P ) the man who died was an employee of a subcontractor for Turner-Devcon, the general contractor for the stadium project.

In a statement, the 49ers said they were ''deeply saddened'' about the news.

Nope not why I think you're a troll. You need to revisit the definition of a troll and what it is you're continuously doing.
