How much do rappers make a show?

I'm curious as to how much these guys charge a show. I saw in the other thread about Rick Ross having a seizure, he is going for about 30-40k. How much do rappers like Drake, J. Cole, etc make? I'm sure Jay-z and Kanye are on another level. Also about how many shows a year does the average rapper actually book and perform? 
 
Varies.

Lil Boosie use to tour the southern states non-stop.. like 4-5x a week.
Racking up at least 10-20k a show.
 
Lesser rappers
but Smoke DZA 5k, Nipsey 10k, Yo Gotti got 12k just to appear at this party i went to, he didnt even perform
 
before the album came out (~fall 2010), I know JCole was about $15k
I believe around that time also, Drake was $60k
 
I don't believe rappers. I refuse to believe Nip Huss is getting '10 racks a show ##%%'. It just doesn't add up when you count the # of tickets x price. Then you have to factor in the venues cut and ticket processing & ##%%. But that's just me

Same, even when they are performing at under 21 clubs where drinks arent being sold... No way they are being being paid that much
 
10K sounds a bit high for Nip.

My team has gotten promoting lately and have been in touch w/ various artists. Nipsey probably will ask for 10K but technically...if someone were to hit him and offer to 7-8K I doubt he'd say no.

Cam's team told me his rate was $20K the other day

ASAP's is 10. Cool Kids are like 5.

Yeah, I was a bit skeptical. I was having a conversation about this with my cousin today because Meek Millz is coming to my city and we know the guy who put the money up for it, according to him it was 25k (because he's "friends" with Meek) and I asked if he gets the 25k clean, which I realize now is probably not the case but my cousin kept arguing that he does. He also said Drake is probably half a mil for a show, I was reading an article it said Drake was making 155k a show I think this like 2 years ago, like the guy above me stated.
 
how would ASAP be gettin 10k, but Nip isnt? Im sure he doesnt get 10 every where in the country, but most of his shows are west coast, and i guarantee he fills up a club out here
 
It should also depend on how many people go a night cause 50 had a concert & only 5% of people went, that was the fall of Gunit ones nobody shows up u know somethings not adding up

Popularity. There are more people trying to bring ASAP to venues than Nipsey right now.
ASAP sold out an upcoming show @ 930 in DC w/ a capacity of 1200. I seriously doubt Nip could do that.
 
But thats what I mean, in the same way ASAP gets tons of east coast shows, artists like Nip and Dom K get on the west coast

its sort of like a hometown hero thing. People came out in masses to see Nip's show out here in San Diego

ASAP is way more popular globally right now then nip or dom........asap could sell out a show here in Texas, those other two couldnt
 
Average is 5-15, you gotta be pretty popular to get 20-30 and then higher than that are legends. Don't believe these rapper tales.
 
There was a list with almost every rapper's rate posted here a while back. I think I saved it, then lost it. Maybe someone knows what I'm talking about and can re post it? It was pre-recession prices so times have changed.

And to dude talking about popularity let me put it in perspective. A$AP has a show next week at the Glass House in Pomona, California. Tickets were $25 and sold out in 15 Minutes. Nipsey had a show at this club in Pomona this summer. Tickets were $10/$15 at the door. Didn't sell out. This is in California.

Guess you're right, im a little out of touch, and this Nip show I was thinking of was early 2011
 
Nipsey gettin 5-7.5k a show...A$AP isn't getting 10k everywhere. he's DEFINITELY not getting it for the SLO Brew show and a couple others around Coachella.

Wiz getting 80-100k a show now.

The Weeknd probably seeing around 20k. Yelawolf 5-10k. coulda got Cole for 15k his last tour. Curren$y around 10.

always wanted to get in trying to do shows locally, don't get that many shows here and the ones we do get are

Kanye probably makes around 150-200K a show.

Jay-Z probably makes around 200-300K a show.

Eminem makes the most,I mean he is the most popular rapper ever.

I remember he got offered around 5 million to perform a two day concert last year and he denied.
