*UPDATE 6/27/15*.......Legend of Korra OFFICIAL THREAD..........MIGHT BE GETTING A NEW AIRBENDER SER

New episode's out on Nick

Wasn't too bad, though it wasn't anything amazing either.

Meelo's the type of character that a lot of people find to be cute, and I just fine to be annoying. Probably because I wasn't like that as a child. That drawing of Korra was great though, as was the part when he was attempting to put the moves on that girl. :smokin My man.

Toph dropping that wisdom. :smokin She pretty much hit the nail right on the head, with how plenty of evil people can have good and noble goals at the heart of things, but still go too far. And i'm sure Kuvira's going down the same path now.

Meelo is that dude

You could relate this episode to real life stress in general.

.....Damn I need to get a massage soon, that episode was a reminder.

They did a good job writing these first few episodes in a way that viewer don't jump right into more action.

I wonder what these guys will do after Korra is over.

I think thats the man reason its coming off

its way too grown for nicks demo.

most of us in here are at least early 20s

Man the writers did an excellent job with Korra and her PTSD. That fear, the flashbacks, certainly spot on for what PTSD victims must feel like.

Ya'll quick to hop on Aang's nuts but don't even realize that Korra's been through a lifetime of stress in her couple of years as the Avatar.

I'm not downplaying how much Aang suffered, but Korra has been spiritually raped no less than THREE TIMES by each successive villain, as this episode reminded us. Just on some straight traumatic ****. Had her biology ****** with by Amon, had her soul torn out by Tarrlock, was poisoned and asphyxiated by Zaheer

***** I would have PTSD too.

I hope this isn't the last we see of Toph.

An impending battle with the Metal Empire coming up, I gotta see Kuvira's smug metalbending a_ react to Toph, the Alpha Originator, stepping into the battle.

She finna look like Vince McMahon after that glass breaks.

 u ain't even lyin
I be more hyped than my 8 year old
And he the one who had put me on to the first avatar show way back when

I get what y'all are saying about Zaheer, but he did fight korra 1on1 while she was in Avatar state.
wasnt he on god level by that time though
Nah he could just fly
And he wasn't really giving her that work
U notice with korra she not as graceful as an avatar like aang was
She more of a bruiser if that makes sense
So she rather bum rush than evade then attack when it's crucial like aang
Which is why more times than not she seems to not have the upper hand
In the fight zaheer was like aang evading than striking
And korra since she not as graceful would get lit up

Not to mention she was poisoned during the fight.

I'm upset this show is ending but it is not fit for the demographic that they geared it towards. If they allowed Netflix to pick it up or something then that would be nice but that aint happenin

That training with Tim Grover aka Toph was awesome for Korra. Feeling lighter and stronger. Kuvvy about to get them hands.:smokin

AYE
We need to see what happened to azula
For a crazy person
She was fine
Wonder if they show her
And talk about their mom

Basically their mom was some chick from a village that Ozai was thirsting on so they arranged a marriage for them. However she was already in love with another dude. When she was banished from the Fire Nation she had a spirit change her face and then erase her memory so that she could start a new life in her home village.

Zuko and Azula team up to find her but Azula remains crazy as ****. Also it was hinted in the story that the dude from Ursa's village MIGHT have been Zuko's real father but I believe that it was disproven by the end.

Oooooh yeah I forgot about that part
Damn it's been a minute since I even read it

This episode makes you realize that korra has been through some stuff.  nearly lost her bending twice and has be poisoned into disability...that's crazy.
