I thought it was a rule that the tweets went out after 3PM on week days?

I remember reading that somewhere.. correct me if I'm wrong. I have yet to see an early morning RSVP for any shoe.

Some places have said that rsvp's start after 3pm in the past but that was for those specific releases.  Other release have done rsvp's at about 10am in the past so unless the specific store you follow announces a specific time I would assume it could be anytime.

dont mean to offend you, but yeah you're wrong. ive seen Nike NYC tweet as early as 930 and same for Nike roosevelt. check your local nikestore's tweet history
 
I'm stopping by NTSF tomorrow to pick up something else, but if anyone needs a pair, I can try to RSVP for one. Just let me know. Since I'll be there anyways lol.
 
Wouldn't be surprised if the tweets are being delayed because of shady *** stores like NTSM. They're probably waiting on their homies to finish their finals too, so they can keep the stock to themselves

nike dc tweets for rsvp can go out from early morning to late evening. cement 4s were like 9:30a and olympic 7s were around 7p i think. cant remember exact time but it could be anytime. seems nowadays the person sending it out likes to send the tweet when everyones stuck in rush hour traffic.

I can see why stores going with the early and limited window for pick ups on RSVP. Probably don't want these sitting all day and get stuck with possible no shows. Shoes will sell regardless, but might as well get them out of the way and then get back to business as usual.

they better off not doing RSVP and doing 1st come 1st serve at that point.

to me, its no consideration for the consumers and gives them no flexibility. its bad enough they release on a friday but now they saying you need to be there between that time.
some of us have kids that need to be dropped off at school. some of us need to be at work. some of us have to travel a long distance to get to the NT since its not a lot of them in general.

just no consideration. the arrogance is amazing.

Cement 4's weren't rsvp'd the process didnt start until the playoff 12's maybe you mean the cav's?

cement 4s were RSVPd at ntdc... cavs 4s never released there. maybe your talking about a different nt?
 
I believe when nike dc opened in october they released some wc4 but he also could be referring to the bred 4

True. But first come first serve leads to camping, something I don't have the energy or time to do, for some of the reasons you also have (ie work). I guess at the end of the day you can't please everyone, but I agree the flexibility takes a hit, especially when the "hard part" of actually RSVPing in time is taken care of.

I was there in November and they also had the Dave White 1s, Olympic 7s, and had the Slim Jenkins 9 out early. But I didn't follow them on Twitter until after my visit, so I'm not sure how the releases went down.
 
No matter the process, you're still camping. You're camping twitter for the RSVP, camping in the mall for tickets, or camping outside a store for the shoes. Same thing, different forms.
 
^^^ naw seriously... they did an RSVP for the white/cement 4 FSR minus a size 9 (i was like huh????) but had pairs in store that weekend also. maybe unclaimed pairs.
 
It took me 8 seconds after tweet to send it out, the twitter page wasn't even updated yet and i sent it in.....then i got the text so if i dont get it then damn i dunno
