HBO's "GIRLS" Vol. "That Was Way Harsh, Tai"...

This season has been...kind of amazing. Like, I figured this season could be better, because last season really missed Jessa, but everyone's been killing it. They figured out the right perspective to point the show at: all of these girls suck, and we'll stop trying to convince you they don't. And in a weird way, it made them more likeable. Except Hannah. :lol:

If I was gonna try and put somebody onto this show, I'd tell them to skip the first 2 seasons and to just watch this. Once they're done, if they're curious, they can watch the rest.
 
Yeah this is easily the best season. 1 was ehh and 2 was straight ***, but apart from 1 or 2 eps this season has been on point.
 
Marnie is such a dummy she didn't know what paella was :lol:

I understand what Ray was thinking when he dumped her, but she's so hot.
 
This season is blah.  At first im good but then, im like ok hannah show your awkward bod and to the over obsessive drama your going to do.  I'm hating her having a job, making decent dough, and wanting to quit to live life.  Life doesnt happen the way you want it to sometimes, so get paid for what your getting.

i like everyone else on the show except her...Marnie is naive but she passes cuz she is sooo cute :lol:

I'm a couple back, but yeah...Shoshana been going in all season.
The show finally realizes that Hannah's the ******* worst.
 
You can't help but hope for Hannah's demise,  she represents everything wrong in peopleL eccentric, pretentious, and worst of all selfish. I can't wait until Adam drops her for a dime, and diddy bops on his moped.

Love or hate, I can appreciate anything that evokes emotion.

that said, I knew I'd never relate to these characters but they've always felt authentic.
now, their dialogue is getting painfully unsubtle, the world they live in is unrecognizable.
Maybe it's just pure jealousy, but it irks me to see people that obviously don't need to pay bills.

The scene where Hannah talked about getting fired from her job and "getting that unemployment" I wanted to smack her.

I do want Adam to break up with Hannah
 
Some how Ray ended up being the coolest character on the whole show.

Marnie is real grimey for scheming on dude like that. But at the same time I wish I had a chick that looked like Marnie schemin on me.

**** Hannah, bruh. After she quit GQ like that I stopped caring about her. She deserves a bad life.

I felt bad for Adam this whole time, cause dude is really trying to make something of himself in a world that has virtually no room for anyone. He's right there making his dreams happen and Hannah is straight up holding him back.

I think Adam is going to be doing well and Hannah is going to come back to NY and establish herself somehow, and they're gonna be dating different people and something's gonna happen and blah blah.

Jessa's story is mad interesting because she's the only character that seems to be aware of her issues, even when she's conciously giving into them. Her whole thing with the old lady is interesting too.

Shoshana is not very interesting. I think she's just there for younger chicks to relate.

I really want to see what happens when these people deal with Bro's or Black dudes or just any character who's not like them in terms of background, life, and upbringing.
 
Marine and Hannah have the worst to timing.
Sucks for Shoshona she will most likely change next season.

Overall great season Judd said he's planning for 6 seasons.
 
I thought that letter was going to be some kind of inheritance for Hannah, don't know why.

In any case I hope Hannah goes to graduate school and the show ends.
Seriously, stay fresh. Lena can go drop mainstream movies and continue to amaze.

Hope my guy Adam gets his shine on without Hannah next season but I know she'll always be his weakness in one way or another going forward

Dont care to critique Marnie, looking at her face is good enough for me
 
So is this season worth watching?
I watched first two seasons and gave up after like 2 episodes this season.

Someone pls respond.
