Truth. These were the only Pippens that mattered to me as well and the one's he previously worn without he's signature shoe.

You're not looking hard enough. I've seen a few pairs go up for sale in DS condition. I bought my pair for retail price 3 weeks ago.

Nike should do a proper retro of the original black colourway of the air mores before any other Pippen shoes. Also, I'd like to see the Griffey 3s released before any other athlete's sig shoe (exclude Jordans of course)

They already retroed the Is and IIs which are the only models out of the five under his name that I care about

But I would not mind a black leather pair of the IIs

griffey III's in black durabuck would be a PROBLEM.
