you either wear sneakers for yourself or you wear them for other people. at some point you wake up and realize youre buying all these kicks and your feet and your wallet are the ones hurting not theirs.

all my nms and prestos are easy on my feet and even easier on my wallet

Drake wore the all whites on SNL.

These are comfortable .. but for some reason after walking these my right midfoot starts hurting.

I'll have to relace these again.

What a shame... such a great shoe and all people are talking about is nike vs Adidas  who cares?? Adidas has done a great job recently, wonderful.

Anyway, where in San Jose are the flyknit? Can't find a store carrying these?

Late to the fly knit presto party. Been trying to save money. So the consensus is TTS? I wear a S in normal Prestos cause I'm a true 9.5, but a 10 in racers. Stick with 9.5 or go 10?

Also...those USAs are incredible.

Just tried on both... TTS in flyknit.

Def 9.5 dude. I'm a nice snug 9.5 in racers but was swimming in 9.5 FK prestos. 9 fits great.

As for this adidas hate...the irony is, I'm an old sneaker head and I've always worn both. Now all of a sudden Nike fan boys are feeling annoyed by the new adidas fans who jumped on cause of Yeezy. I get it. But adidas is the OG sportswear brand. This isn't a flash in the pan. Just get on board. I'm on a trip to Europe right now and I have FK prestos and Ultra boosts. Goes without saying that I'm a happy traveller right now.

Literally no one in here is or was hating on Adidas. I made every comment I posted yesterday with a pair of Ultra boost on my feet. My "issue" if you want to call it that are with the fan boys and not the brand itself. Adidas makes quality shoes and has been for awhile but the hype right now isn't based on how amazing and comfortable boost tech is even though people won't admit it.

Fanboys of anything are just hard to tolerate in general.
Nobody liked the posers when I was in Highschool and nobody likes the Boast-full Hipsters now.
Hipsters are fine, boast-fulll proud holier than though because they rocks the hot **** Hipsters suck.

And being quiet or not bringing up their fake love as they "appreciate" what they are a fan of is, well it's....It's like being friends with fake people, it's hard to do.

Any word on when the flyknit lows are gonna drop? I don't want to iD an All Black Everything in the current flyknit & then a GR drops for $50 less.

Naw dude, it has gone both ways. I look at it as the backlash. It was the same way with Android and Apple. Apple users had a snobby attitude, and then Android developed that same train of thought in response. In the boost threads people comment about Nike and Jordan often. It's like they just discovered Adidas, but it's only certain Adidas. The thing is, once they are easy to obtain and the market is saturated. I bet they'll hop right on to the next thing. That's they many of them can so easily dismiss Jordan, flyknits, roshes...because that's what they were for them, fads.

I've always said it's about variety. Who wants to wear the same looking sneaker every single day.

I think differently, because I grew up on more than two brands.

This.

For me...I had fila, bk, la gear, nikes, reeboks, hell, even attack forces from Payless.

im not a fan boy, I'm just an ******* who likes to poke fun at the overnight 3 stripe lovers.

These the same dudes who have never owned shell toes.

Like magic said...fads.

I'm just old and call a spade a spade. Prestos, to me, are just as comfy as boost models.

Ain't gonna stop me from wearing my pearlized questions today though.

comes down to this. tons of models in the $120+ price range offer comparable levels of comfort. the shoes are great no doubt, but if people were really about the comfort level of their shoes before boost tech dropped the hype on these would have died out a long time ago. which tells me the majority of people are fad chasers.

That's pretty much today's generation. I was telling this 15 year old at FNL that I had some Presto Cages that I loved. He said, "When, last year?" I said, "No. Before you were born. Prestos didn't just come out yesterday." Just shows that today's generation is full of fad chasers like you said.

Not only that but they don't do any research either. They take everything at face value. You know how many younger kids i've seen make comments like "Wow those prestos look just like Ultraboost.. Nike must be copying Adidas" smdh

Man what?! I hate hearing that.

I personally wear Nike because I have a narrow foot. I tried a few: Reebok Classic Nylon, Trunners.....but Nike just works for me; both on & off the court. Plus, I like to be different. Here in GA EVERYONE wears J's. Causal Friday at work, that's all you see. I'm cool with my Kobes & my Prestos.

I just find it funny what this is becoming. I know a bunch of Under Armour fanboys are in distress now, because the Warriors are behind. What bout the value. What about the championship pack?

It's not even about just liking sneakers up here anymore and personal preferences...it's warring fractions. It's funny what this thing is becoming. Asics people think they're special and different because of hyped collabs every weekend. Ultra Boost think they're all about comfort. Under Armour people think they're on the next biggest signature and sneaker giant early.

I can't like flyknits and prestos and ultra boost. I have to pick sides.

I wish I knew how to photoshop a "There can only be one!" pic of all the shoes you just mentioned.

It's ridiculous how faddy things are today. I even hate how people recycle the same meme with a different picture like it's new. Today's generation = [emoji]128563[/emoji][emoji]128563[/emoji][emoji]128563[/emoji]

I heard that at the Nike store yesterday when I was trying on the Presto Flyknits, too...
