Yea that's a mixtape NobleKane, and

you're right, Crooked will never drop an actual solo album, only "unreleased" albums and an EP or two

I NEVER hang in the general forum...that needs to change. Slaughterhouse is pretty much the only group that validates rap to me. Everyone other new artist or group is extra whack, unless you really go to the underground for the likes of Action Bronson and Homeboy Sandman and Emilio Rojas.

Crooked is probably the rawest out the whole group. I saw them perform in NY last summer for Rock the Bells and Crooked went off for like 7 mins on some freestyle. Blew my mind. His ability to make hooks and stuff like that might be lacking though. I'm having difficulty thinking of a hook from the first album that Crooked wrote or sounded like Crooked might have written...

Love this thread...will be checking back. Until then, I am impatiently waiting for that second album too!

There isn't enough buzz for Slaughterhouse as there should be. The marketing plan and promotion is all wrong. With Eminem behind them, why isn't there a major single on the radio right now? Why aren't hip hop fans in general anticipating SH, only hardcore SH fans are.

I just think they need to be doing more, to succeed on a larger scale.
