If HBO were a meal, Veep is like a sorbet and liqueur after the stuffed goose and pinot noir that is Game of Thrones.

I try to tell my friends and associates to watch this show. I describe it as Sarah Palin plus Elaine from Seinfeld, it has won over a number of people.
