Road to Seoul is money, had another KBBQ (can't remember the name) but it was better.

Tahoe Galbi is also good, a little more pricey but a bit more classier than Road to Seoul.  Not that RtS is not classy but they lose points for having pop music loud as #%@% the entire time.  It's hard to have a convo in that place, it's a restaurant not a damn club.

You gotta go to Saritas in SD I think its the best for carne asada fries and all that
Gaglione bros has some really good  philly cheese steaks

Luca Libre the green salsa is that crack tho

Snooze cool breakfast spot out in hillcrest

Vaqueros aka "The barrels" is the spot for some rolled tacos the carne asada burrito was alright

Titas Kitchenette good chicken bbq sticks good filipino food also

Homestyle Hawaiian i think is the best hawaiian spot out in SD with Island style a close second.

Road to Seoul is my favorite kbbq spot.
Another spot by there that I love is Castle BBQ. Slightly cheaper than Road To Seoul.

Last night before the Laker game I went to Gaglione Bros. It was pretty damn good, the best cheesesteak I've had on the westcoast so far, and I've lived in SoCal my whole life (I'm 27). However, it didn't match the cheesesteak's I had at Gino's or Tony Luke's in Philly. Their garlic fries are on point too.

It's a little pricey imo, but u already know Ima continue coming here.
laugh.gif
I ordered the 12" mushroom cheesesteak w/onions and whiz, and garlic fries. Have u tried the cheezesteak fries? If they had garlic cheezesteak fries best believe I would've ordered them on site. Next time I'm there, Ima ask if they can do that for me.

Some places in SD I enjoy that haven't been listed:
Brian's American Eatery in Hillcrest (breakfast all day, legit chicken and waffles)

Cafe on Park in North Park (brunch is amazing)

Urban Solace in North Park (legit spot, cinnamon roll for brunch is redic)

Bronx Pizza in Hillcrest (legit NY style by-the-slice pizza)

Cotixan/Super Sergio/Lolitas (not as good as my spot Saritas but not shabby)

Tajima 1 and 2 in Clairemont Mesa (Ramen house, and good Japanese food)

TJ's Oyster Bar in Bonita (BEST FISH TACO IN THE WORLD, try the Pulpas (octopus) and grilled shrimp)

Min Sok Chon in Clairemont Mesa (love the Spam Kimchi Fried Rice and sweet spicy wings and the soju)

Point Loma Seafood in Point Loma (get yourself the crab or shrimp salad sandwich)

Craft and Commerce in Little Italy (Bacon Wrapped Corn Dogs and their fried chicken daaaaaaaamn)

Just got back from Vegas and i know how a lot of us go out there
But had some of the best Authentic Mexican food ive ever had
Its called Lindo Michoacan
Really good Mexican gourmet that have won countless of awards and really recognized in Vegas
Bout 10 minutes of the strip but really well worth it
