I know these are available at a ton of EU webstores (I got my black pair from TBS for like $120 after 20% and 25EU off). I also know they were released at 21 Mercer and online at NikeStore.com.

Any ideas on what mom & pops in the US or Canada got them?

How do these fit? Can I get away with going down a half size? Full size?

Can't seem to find a 13 anywhere.

I actually saw a pair of these at the Lake St. Louis outlet. Forgot what size they were though.

Half size, yes. Full size, probably not. They are super narrow so keep that in mind. Mine are actually a half size too big, but because they are so narrow I have to sacrifice a bit of extra space in the toe area for width.
