Nah. I hadn't heard of mane & tail up until a few years ago when I saw some vid about wiz k using it or something. It has SLS in it & I wouldn't recommend, don't want them detergents stripping my natural oils :x

Finally found the cantu hair lotion. Will a body sponge work in place of the nudred one or just get one of those big car sponges and cut the holes out?

Yea either of the three will work but a few things to consider. Body sponge will deteriorate in weeks. Car sponge should be sturdier and closer in material to the nudred. Both better than a bath sponge but youre paying the extra $ and/or a little manual labor.
