saw a couple vids && looked legit so I figured I'd try it out.

As far as what look ima go with, still undecided. Kinda got the Drizzy look right now, but I'm thinking about chopping the sides again && letting the top go some more.
Yea I feel you on that fam...I had the d rose fro with a taper about a month ago and then ended up cutting it..I'm in the process of growing mine back and most likely will cop a nudred to see how it works...Keep us posted on the sponge from walmart though, because if it works I might go that route

I thought temp was faded closer to the ears only and taper was kind of faded around the back of your head too
That my friend is correct although you can have a dark or light taper which ever is your preference..The temp fade is usually just the far corner closer to the ears...

Yea no young thug but this is a great look.

Damn shame I gotta sacrifice certain freedoms cause of work.

Going back to da temp fade tomorrow. Curly joint has been real but it's time to get back to spinning. Bartscottcantwait.gif :smokin

Mannnn I'm kinda going back and fourth. Rocked the waves throughout the summer but got tired of them. I got the curls going now but dunno if I wanna stick with it. It's nothing like a quick brush and go. Easy maintenance.

did this work good for you? the sponge seems noticeably diff than the nudred sponge. nudred seems to apply even, consistent effect. while this seems like it would have your hair looking kinda "crazy" given the shape of the sponge itself and the "inconsistent" location of all the holes. maybe the "kinda crazy" doesnt look bad?

bonafide hustla bonafide hustla Yea, it's actually worked pretty well for me. Going to the shop today so I'll hopefully be posting pics tonight.

It's definitely not as conspicuous as the Nudred's effect is, but still very effective/noticeable in its own right. I have a finer grain of hair, so I have to make the circular motions without pressing too much, or else it'll just flatten my hair. But once I throw in the shea moisture stuff (or whatever I use on a given day), && do the sponge work, it comes out pretty neat for me.

Pardon the noob question but is it the correct terminology to ask for a tapered fade in the back?

Will the barber know what I'm talking about?

Can somebody post a pic of what a tapered fade in the back looks like in your opinion?

Thanks fambs
