Why do society think that just because i have locs or better yet free form locs i cant have a decent job? I never got this. Even when i was going thru my ugly stage i never didnt get a job because of my hair. Even got a job working for nissian and you know how Japanese people think about black people. (Not all). You dudes really need to stop worrying about what people think about the way you look and let your work speak for its self. But i digress .......

I have a boy with crazy, blonde tipped free form locs who got a job with no problem. Not sure where he works, but it really depends on the sensibilities of the employer
My pops was an electronics executive for 10 years with locs, although he made clear to everyone that he was at the hair spot every two weeks making sure his dreads were on point

And for some jobs appearance is extremely important.
If your job involves meeting customers/clients/investors then I wouldn't hire you.

Lol i dont have freeform locs anymore. I got semi freeform locs. I rarely get them retwisted. This thread is about hair cuts but ill post pics if thats accepted in here.

All of this. And I don't see you getting a corporate job with fee form locs bruh. At least not the pictures from Google. Ugly stage of starting dreads is different. At least they look like you taking care of them. If a white dude came into a job interview without brushing/combing his hair and joint looking all over the place chances are he wouldn't get the job. Free form locs look like you just don't give a **** about your hair. If yall got pics to prove me wrong have at it.
