Methods for searching for a product (have the style code ready):

- Chat (IM) with a Nike Rep

For those who are a bit hesitant about using Nikefind or the Nike product searching methods, here's a basic step-by-step. I just did it with an item that was in the outlet over two months ago and the entire process took me less than half an hour.


1. Chat with a Nike Customer Service Rep.
2. State you are looking for a product and give the style code. Speed up the process by finding the product code before hand.
3. If the product is available somewhere, the Rep will give you a list of locations along with phone numbers.
4. Call the numbers, request the product. Some may have them, some may not.
5. Place your order over the phone with credit card; ask for a manager (for general safety).

Anything that provides info. A flaw in a B-Grade item, a store that will/won't price match, and so on. If a question has been answered, don't beat a dead horse.

Called about the Pacmans and both Lebrons. Biggest size they had in the pacquiaos was an 11. Biggest in the V2s was an 10.5. USAs were gone.  I keep missing out on my size 12 in the Lebrons

 Also asked about the boat shoes and the dude has no idea what I was talking about. 
 
IF I rememer correctly those boat shoes are called Mad Jibe. They have the same sole as the dunk. Maybe if you call back with the name that will help.

Actually, they are Post Harbours...hopefully they have an 11 when I call tomorrow cant pass on these. Pretty sure they are leather too

Did they not make this shoe in 8.5 because they seem to always start at 9.5

  
 
Got my Pac-Man's from Viejas. 1 day turnaround. Helps that I'm in San Diego. Good looking out again cork!

I'm guessing Niketowns are sending their stock to local outlets.

Kobe VII Sharks and few other colors 83 or 86
Diamond Turf 2 70
Zoom Rookies 109

Few other things marked down so check it out before they get sent to outlets.

South chi outlet has all these? Been looking for binary rookies
 
on my search for zoom rookies, i found out Las Vegas niketown (not outlet) had a pair of the anthracite zoom rookie for 109.97. I called nikefind just yesterday per the cork post on the dynamic blue joints and inquired about ALL colors. they told me they had NOTHING anywhere across the country.

moral of my short story:

1. (702) 650-8888
anthracite zoom rookies only up to sz 11 now per my phone call a few mins ago.

2. I'd try calling local niketowns to see if they have the zoom rookies on sale and maybe see if they can search other stock/other colors.  I'd bet they're dropping in price across the board.
