Mysterio and Vulture wouldve been great. They dropped the ball so bad with Spider Man 3 
Hopefully Marvel will eventually do Mysterio, he was my favorite in the animated series. Morbius or Kraven would be cool also.

I would like to see Raimi comeback to superhero movies.
Don't think there anything he could do with the X-Men or related properties but maybe DC with Booster Gold.
