The crazy thing is that his tracks already released have great replay value. I still listen to "them jawns" like they just came out. I'll be ecstatic if his debut drops but I'm not holding my breath.

i remember he made an announcement at the end of last august (at the made in america festival) that his single was dropping soon...

i dont know where i'd rank him on my favorites list, but even with the lack of material, he's still on there. any time i go back & listen to whatever projects & tracks he's put out there for us, i still can kick back & catch things in his lyrics & zone out to his music. ideally, more tracks & projects would be nice, but the material he's given us so far has been real quality music.

Dude never wanted the limelight like that and it was clear. Yeah the album might be done, in fact Just Blaze has said he has it on his computer via Twitter.
It will still be a special release if it ever comes out for the fans who have been waiting since 06 or whenever he recorded that 1 mixtape. But don't expect him to make any main stream impact.

More news about talented but enigmatic rhyme slinger Jay Electronica. It happens to be about his love life instead of music, though.
Jay Elec has been kicking it heavy with a new model chick but it isn't sitting well with Kate Goldsmith. Mind you, the "Exhibit C" rapper has never exactly claimed Goldsmith, the Rothschild heiress who reportedly cheated on her husband with Electronica. According to the UK's Daily Mail:
