We were top 10 in practically every single rushingcategory in the league. Not to mention we had the best red zone defense in the league allowing only 36% of the trips to end in TDs. Also throw in the countlessnumber of times that we stuffed guys on multiple plays at the goal line.

Antoine Cason would flourish in TB

There's a lot of Corners in this Mock Draft (Jenkins, Cason, Talib, Smith, Flowers)...Lets not forget Mike Jenkins out of USF..

Also, do you guys really think DeSean Jackson is going to be picked that high?

Yes. If Teddy Ginn went #9 last year...

at Seatlle picking up Kool-Aid, they got the same damn player in Alexander.
Also, do you guys really think DeSean Jackson is going to be picked that high?

Desean Jackson can thank Devin Hester for this $$$ he about to get.

and there is no way in hll jacksonville will choose another 6'5 WR. Trust me. It will not happen.
Defensive End is whothey are scouting Heavy.

Gunna...You just see your boys special on Sportcenter ??? ('Fragile' Freddie T )

And the panthers DEFINITELY need to be looking at a FS whether through FA or the draft....They need one bad.....Don't really need another LB

Brandon Flowers

That's what I was thinking, kind of like Ted Ginn Jr.
DeSean is lucky this year's class is weak in the WR department

Cason would be

in Tampa. Later in that draft Tampa needs to get RayRice in the second round and D linemen

The Pick: SteveSlaton, RB, West Virginia*
The Buzz: The Seahawks are looking for an impact playmaker out of the backfield.

Jonathan Stewart (if he declares) and Mendenhall will go before this piece of crap.

If the Cowboys can get Reggie Smith, this draft = Good Money. The guy will be able to basically fill two holes at once...

With the Cowboys 4 first day picks, I want 2 DBs, a WR and a RB... Something along the lines of Reggie Smith, Felix Jones/Rashard Mendenhall, Adarius Bowmanand Zack Bowman...

Gunna, what do you think about James Hardy on the next level? The guy is monster physically, but is he explosive enough to get separation in the L?

A good DE on the Jags would rack up sacks

I don't think its needed but...Long, Mangold and Brick would be somethin serious for the future

I would think the Texans would opt for Antoine Cason or maybe a Steve Slaton rather than Desean Jackson. Our most pressing needs are at RB and in thesecondary.

The Buzz: The Falcons must rebuild their offense, and the start with the most important position.

Without an Offensive line this quarterback will be useless! How do they not see that. smfh

I would have to think that Mendenhall would go before Slaton....as a matter of fact, I wouldn't be surprised at all if Slaton fell to round 2.....heisn't durable, and to me he lacks the toughness that most NFL RB's not named Alexander have....

y - 31. San Francisco (From Indianapolis (13-3)) The Pick: Rashard Mendenhall, RB, Illinois*
The Buzz: The 49ers offense needs another playmaker, and Mendenhall is a fast-rising prospect.
What the hell? Niners don't want another RB. They need a WR. They should try to trade up in the draft and take Jackson.

yeah, the Niners do need a wideout badly, but i dunno if they'd need to trade up for DeSean Jackson.

The Pick: Steve Slaton, RB, West Virginia*
The Buzz: The Seahawks are looking for an impact playmaker out of the backfield.

leaves thread

49ers need DeSean
laugh.gif
, well if not him a WR. DeSean would be a great fit since he can dospecial teams and likely be our No.2 receiver right from the get go. I don't think he'll be available at 30...unless he doesn't have a good combineor somethin.
There is NO way we're drafting a RB in the 1st...I'd JapanAir it.

y - 21. Washington (9-7)
The Pick: Derrick Harvey, DE, Florida*
The Buzz: Joe Gibbs needs a big-time pass rusher for his front four.

This would be crazy
eek.gif
this is my man from High School...he told me they said he would be top 10...I hope the Skins get em though casue i'll be at allthe games

No way Vernon Gholston drops out of the top 10. Cat is chiseled and beasted this season. He's one of those DE/OLB Tweeners 3-4 teams covet. I think he goesto New England.
