No great surprise but it has been officially confirmed that Donnie Yen will be back in action for 'Ip Man 3'. Directed by Wilson Yip and written by Edmond Wong, the project will be shot in 3D with an estimated budget of $36m and is set to focus on Ip Man’s relationship with Bruce Lee.

In the first two installments, Ip Man fought the Japanese in China, then moved to Hong Kong and clashed with colonial British rulers and competing kung fu schools. Bruce Lee made a brief appearance as a child at the end of the 'Ip Man 2'.

The producers have started the search for an actor with the appropriate skills to play the adult Bruce Lee. Lynn Hung, who appeared in the first two 'Ip Man' films, will again star, and the producers are also in talks with Simon Yam.

That fight scene threw me off. I thought the title of it said Ip Man 3. Wondering why he was fighting that dude again
