I think we should question when the cancer came back. Cuz once he was out and going back to his lame life it returned but once he started getting hang of **** and was eyeing to take over Gus' empire during that period the cancer was already gone. I know in real life it doesn't work like that but I think all this excitement and Walt being is real self is suppressing the cancer.

Heisenberg is the cure
