Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

Just watched the episode twice, and it will stand as one of the best in the series

-Walt's confession had me believing Hank was really behind it all.

zzZZzZZzz

are you serious, that confession is good for "tv", but it could all be easily explained, at the end of the day Hank can account for his $, Walt can't.

Walt with the che$$ moves.

The look on Hanks face was priceless.

Someone help me understand why Jesse got so mad about the missing ricin?

Didn't he freak out about it in season 4 and Walt was able to trick him into thinking it was Gus' idea? What's different this time around?

What would've made more sense would be for Jesse to find the "lily of the valley" plant in Walt's backyard, which was what Walt used to poison the kid instead.

He was looking for his dope while waiting for the disappearing guy, when he couldn't find it, he realized that Saul and Huell probably lifted it off of him. Knowing this, he saw how easy it was for Huell to take something from him and he put the pieces together that he did it before to him with the Ricin cigarette.

I'm rewatching the episode now and MANNNN that boy can sell some Guacamole.

 He walked up and immediately reminded me of this guy

But, man just brilliant writing this episode. Just when we think Walt has finally gotten Hank off his ***, Jesse arises from his stupor and goes crazy. **** is about to get REAL!

Brock's mother name is Andrea Cantillo. Andrea has a conversation in spanish with her own mother when she brings home her son early and Jesse first mets brock. Andrea's little brother who gets shot is named Tomas. I think it is safe to assume they are latino.

Seriously do you guys pay attention at all?

yea like seriously

Marie looks like the winner in the most annoying character on the show.

This show man. It gets me everytime. I really thought Jesse was about to murder Saul

F all the predictions. This is art in the purest form

So much for that Saul AMC show

The confession is in my top 3 scenes of the series. Right there with Walt laughing in crawling space and Hank on the toilet.

Top three? Some of you are caught up in the moment.

Greatest show in history. Hands down. Regardless of ending because we all know it'll be epic.

It'll either be GOAT or WTF JUST HAPPENED ending. No in between.

Nope

I can't shake the idea of those 2 neo Nazi's that Todd's choppin' up with are narcs.

It'd be a predictable dead obvious cop-out by Vince and co., but I can't get the thought out my head with the camerawork and the acting in this scene.

Todd talks too much :smh:

Vince Gilligan and these writers :pimp:hat

I knew Jesse was going to find out about the poisoning as soon as Huell was the one who was gonna drop him off BUT I thought Huell would just be an idiot and let it slip on his own. I didn't think he was gonna find out like this!

And FYI, this was NOT a sudden revelation by Jesse out of the blue, it only confirmed his previous suspicion. If you go back to S4 "End Times" when Jesse confronts Walt and points the gun at his head, he exposed Walt's plan to take the cigarette...that was his gut instinct until Walt talked him out of it at the last second.

Yep, Huell and Saul wouldn't know about his spare.

I hardly remember any of the episode due to day drinking which led to some late night grilling around when the episode was starting. My cable wouldn't let me pause the program when it started for some reason so I was running in and out of the house grilling and trying to watch. Kept overcooking/undercooking all my food

I'm going to have to re-watch tonight. My girl said it was the best episode of the season.
That confession scene is one of the greatest scenes on Television I have personally ever seen
Great acting. I thought he was about to convince Marie that Hank was actually behind it for a minute...****, if I hadn't seen the show before he might've convinced me

my question is how would Jesse come to the conclusion that Walt was behind the posioning of Brock with what I assume to ricin when he already said that it was a plant that did it ?

Yeah, I still don't quite get that.

NO theory as to how he figured that out have been concrete so far.

Jesse doesn't think Brock was poisoned with ricin.. just that Walt was behind the whole thing. He knows it was the plant.
