Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

If you like Breaking Bad, you'll probably like a show called Death Note.

It's very similar!

Currently, it is my fav. thriller, right behind Breaking Bad.

If BB ends really well, BB might become my fav. thriller.

Imagine if Hank knew that Walt was Heisenburg way early on into the show, but had to pretend that he didn't know?

That's what Death Note is.

One of the best shows that I've ever watched.

If you don't watch this show, you're missing out.

Here's the imdb page: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0877057/

Here are some trailers:

I can go back and watch an episode of Breaking Bad and enjoy it thoroughly even though I already know what's going to happen.

I can't do that with Lost.
LOST was an amazing show up until that last season.... That show was moving the thread faster than this thread.  Lots of depth, main characters dying, darma initiative websites, oceanic websites, references in movies, so many theories...  Millions of people playing the lottery with 4 8 15 16 23 42.  That show had an insane following

all for nothing, thanks to that finale season...

All I did was bring up Ben being a better villain than Gus, especially if we're talking best tv villain.

Yall opinions of the show after the end or the value in rewatching it is subjective as all hell.

I know I can still get the feels knowing Charlie is gonna die yet relaying it's not Penny's boat, when they all find out Gale is Ben, when Ben kills Locke, when Ben shoots Locke, every damn time Desmond says "Brotha", etc.
Linus was complicated.
I don't even think he stayed a villain the whole time. Didn't he become an ally?
Only at the very very end when everybody was gonna die. Son was always in it for himself and did what he wanted though. Killed Jacob didn't care about the consequences, manipulated everyone any time he "allied" with them and then screwed them over, took the best beatings and kept killing.
Gus might be the best TV villain ever.
Benjamin Linus >

and I love Gus.

the fact that fam was a villian & you need to say both his first & last name says it all

& idk who the hell he is to be honest
Nah, you're not gonna brush it off like that. Saying the name Benjamin Linus is cool, that's a name with gravitas, but hey you never watched the show so you wouldn't know. I could've stuck with Ben like the show but I like saying "Benjamin Linus" :smokin

Benajmin Linus is a ******g badass. I wouldn't be surprised if Vince said he took a few things from that character when he created Gus.

People rooted for both Gus because he was the definition of a bad dude. Charismatic, clean, professional. A true boss. Marlo was the exact opposite of that

My theory is that Jesse is seen leaving the DEA office because he "snitches" on Hank. Jesse and Walt fake their deaths and that's the end

Mad men is an amazing show but I can see why someone wouldn't like it. I think it's incredible but haven't seen the new season.

I was a huge big love fan.

I low winter sun any good?

misfits season 1 & 2

low winter sun is alright but the main character is so lame

edit: LWS tries too hard to be gritty i think, its like articifial atmosphere

I look at LWS as a story about dirty cops more than a regular cop drama. The whole draw is the main guy murdered a cop and the black guy did too and seems to be even dirtier.

For now I'm treating this 1st season as my introduction to Detroit.

LWS is good so far.

The first scene is really corny.

I think it's going to have a lame love story in the following eps.

Like I said, so far so good.

It's seemingly the 2nd best amc series that I've seen.

It might be too early for me to say that, but I'm just going to say it.

Yes, I've seen Hell on wheels and the walking dead.

No I've not seen mad men.

 @ Ghost Gale

They're missing a sex scene with Lydia and Todd and a scene with baby Holly in the background being dumped off on Walt Jr.

Seriously though the thought of that title is scary. Imagine if Vince and the writers of BB were writing Dexter :wow: :smokin
