Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

The way I see it going down is OH **** Gomez is dirty! then screws over Hank and then he dies next ep by the hand of Walt or Jesse. Hell even Todd.

Sorta like The Departed as I think H2H mentioned earlier.

I really don't care for Gomez this late in the series.. why make him a player with just 4 episodes left.. if that's what they have planned I'm sure they'll make it work..but it just sounds off to me because there's so much more they can tell with just the 3 centerpieces of the story right now instead of making Gomez just an integral part of it out of the blue. *shrug*

So Walt calls Todd says he needs a job done, Todd works for Lydia now...Lydia says forget that crap, just kill errbody we kidnap Walt n force him to cook for us. Walt Hauls ***....gets his stuff together comes bak to take out errbody or die trying..

Todd: Don't float that idea again.

I really don't like the angle they took to finally make Jesse flip. It would make a lot more sense if he never knew about the kid from the train heist.

This kid's alive and Jesse's not in his life. Jesse also tried to blow up Kaylee Ehrmantraut's spot. Overall, the writers are showing some "understandable" weaknesses in the development of a character they planned on getting rid of early.

How so? Jesse has always had a soft spot for kids, it's been written into his character since season 1 (when he found out his little brother had a joint but took the blame for it because he didn't want his brother to go down that path. Or the red-headed kid he ran into at the home of the two drug addicts)

Regarding the Brock poisoning, it's not about it being non-lethal. Jesse has always thought that kids are innocent and should not be involved in stuff like this, whether it's being on the corner selling like Tomas or being a pawn in Walt's chess match like Brock.

You haven't said anything that I didn't say already. Now take all of that, and then explain how Jesse has been living with himself KNOWING that HE was a part of DISPOSING a CHILD as part of the train heist. That's the part that bothers me.

Sure he was bothered by it but he went through with it. As did his buddy, Mike. I'm not saying the angle doesn't "work," I'm just saying I'm not fully rockin' with it.

NOPE!

Showing that would Hank seem guilty.

I don't think Hank has enough charm to spin what's on that confession.
walt played it to smooth. he only lied once in the video, that hank made him do it. the REST of it can be corroborated and verified as truth. They would remember walt on the ride along, and everything else fits together perfectly. Thats why marie said it "he won" the video was too clean.

nah i dont think hank showed him either, its one thing to say walt is heisenberg, but walt was too convincing on that tape and gomie would be too conflicted

Hank shoulda showed Gomie after they taped jessie's detailing of his dealing with Walt or even after they planned the sting on Walt at the mall..Hank having the voicemails coupled, with Gomie actually seeing Walt showup at the mall should be enough for Gomie to believe Hank

no love for tyrus when he was around and how he abused walt?

made him sneak in the lab in dirty laundry?

beat him down outside jesse's house?

There are rumors afloat that Walter Jr. is actually Ted Beneke's son. When discussing Walt Jr. in "Negro y Azul" Ted is very curious about him, and when Skyler calls Walt Jr. handsome Ted smiles and says "good genes" which makes Skyler look away almost uncomfortably, as she used to work with him and may have had a sexual history together.

Although,

The hammer in the evidence stash was labeled "Gutierrez" in the episode where they destroyed Fring's laptop with a huge magnet. The English translation of Gutierrez is "son of Walter". This is a foreshadowing of Walt's son being associated with a hammer in some violent way either being killed by a hammer or killing someone else with a hammer.

There is dialogue between Skyler and Marie stating that nothing ever happened between them other than that Ted tried to kiss her at an office party. Seriously guys stop reaching for stuff. There is only 4 more episodes just let it play out.

It's really just a way to keep occupied until Sunday to me. I don't believe any of the possibilities I floated, it's just better than analyzing the last episode over & over for a week. I do understand why it gets some people is a tizzy though

So can anybody help me understand what jessy ment when he said "I'm going to get you where you really live"??
