Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

Ya'll are harsh on Jesse.. Heisenberg has done a lot of ****** up **** to him. As much as he cares for him he never hesitated to do something to Jesse to further his and their personal gain. Motha **** even let his girlfriend die.

iLLest!
Jesse is a punk, dude has done everything with walt, cooked meth, killed people, done drugs, stolen, but he's just acting like hes all wholesome and good.

Just like people have said, he's like that *** on the block that everybody has gotten some from, but now she wanna be a good christian girl.

Oh and if he wouldn't have let his girl die, then jesse woulda killed himself with all that damn heroin.

Team Walter White Goddamnit.

I feel like Walt is gonna be the only one left. Hank, Gomez, Jesse, Aryans, Todd, Lydia, Skyler, Walt jr, the baby, Marie, Saul, Huell DEAD. Everything Walt touches dies. EVERYTHING. The show ends with Walt miserable with all his money in Alaska.

This would make sense based off the flash forwards. Something brought him out of hiding, in search of that ricin and the M60.

Yea todd is slow and dumb as rocks.

Todd is socially awkward but he is far from dumb. Like someone in here mentioned, he was clever enough to locate the nanny cam and disconnect it. If he hadn't done that where would Walt and Jesse be now?

Very true, Jesse finally reached his breaking point with Walt and his selfishness.

Go back and watch the pilot episode. Walt has been manipulating Jesse for his own personal gain from day 1. He forced him into it by threatening to turn him into Hank for being Capn Cook. Although they have done good things for each other, Walt always had the upper hand and Jesse continuously loses. Walt ruins everyones life to save his own. That Brock situation was the last straw for him, there is no end to what Walt will do to save himselff.

Meh, seems minor to me... He was already in the business of scouting these houses that they were fumigating for robberies.  You don't have to be a genius to learn the tricks of the trade when you're in a crew like that... And he obviously hooked up with those guys off his crime family members connections.

Boooooo spiceman... Hope jesse and todd bite the bullet sunday lol

 It's cool man, but you will be disappointed. Atleast with one of them.

Never said he was a genius, just said he was clever. But I hear you man.

No conflict between Walt and Jesse would make this show boring. Jesse has driven a lot of these story lines. Without him, what's the show really about?

Not to mention, Aaron Paul has been great in the role.

I'll bring this quote up again (from AV Club)

Todd is Jesse with no loyalty, Gale with no aesthetics, Mike with no code. He’s a tool who’s perfectly content with having no other identity than how others might want to use him.

Alright I'm officially tired of that Todd quote. Seems every time it's been re-posted I've seen it  :smh:

Todd aint that ******g important or even interesting. Just funny to make fun of or prop up.

Let's be real here. Jessie never wanted any of this.......All he wanted to make fat stacks on the low with his homies, not be an accomplice to kingpin killer.

Walt saw how far he could break down Jessie from the jump. Though, I feel like he drove him away by mistake.

He saw Jessie as an incompetent son that he could fix, something he couldn't do with Walt Jr....

But in my estimation, everything wrong Mr. White has done to Jessie has been his own fault to begin with:

1. Mr White let Jane die.....Jessie was being manipulated by her as well after he got Jane back in the heavy drug game. Mr White wouldn't have even had to break into the house and rummage for the money if Jessie wasn't half OD'd on that magic potion.

2. Mr. White forced him to kill Gale.....if Jessie wasn't continuing to f*** up left and right as a druggie, Gus would have let Jessie cook with Walt since the beginning and the fat stacks would have flown in effortlessly.

3. Mr. White poisoned Brock......you guys already know the story. How else was Mr. White going to convince Jessie that Gus was going to kill them both?

4. Mr. White killed Mike.....that was just messed up.

At several points in the show Jessie could have just walked away.......same as Mr. White. But, both of them were greedy and both of them were looking to fulfill meaning in what had become a near worthless existence for the both of them.

In truth though, if Aaron Paul hadn't had such a great portrayal throughout the series, I'd be 110% ready for him to be popped since season 2.

Does Hank die after the shootout?

It seemed as though the Supremacist group vs. Hank and Gomie lasted too long without any injuries. They must all suck at shooting.

now hopefully he gets a fat stack of bullets in that ***

^^^^^^^^^^^^
Jesse told him Huell snitched to him after getting pistol whipped.

What I don't understant is how Huell came to be Saul's personal body guard? What qualifies him for that position.
