The situations changed... After everything that has happened in the last episode, escaping from the DEA is probably the last thing on Walts mind. The main reasons for him not wanting to get caught by the DEA were so that he could keep his money and not let his children ever find out about what he did. We're obviously way past that point now with everything going to ****. He's already done his best to clear Skylars name with the phonecall and now all that's left is to deal with the aryans.

how does taking money from gretchen for his cancer leave walt with money for his family after he is gone?
when gus threatened walt's family, what are all of the other alternatives he had to take which eliminated the threat?
When Marie found out about Walt I seriously thought she would be cool with it knowing she robbed things. I thought she be like gimme a cool mill
Damn.... I forgot she was a klepto too. Some of this writing isn't really closing out the characters as well as they should. It's still "great," but I think it feels rushed now.
you dont find it ironic that the klepto had her husband stolen from her?
and lets not forget, marie's kleptomania was initiated by her desire to be other people, she truly got off on making people think she was someone else, and then taking advantage of them...

I find this feasible. It's always been about family to him. That would def put him over the edge. Nothing else I see compelling him to go back to NM. Question then is how does he know holly was kidnapped?

Nah fam. I think Walt is gonna save Jesse a year later from the new cartel. If he was willing to give his entire fortune for Hank and protect his wife with the way he talked over the phone, I think he will try to save Jesse.

Thing is, with the way things have been going so far, how could you not expect Walt to save Jesse? Everything is so unpredictable which is why Breaking Bad is so great. They lead you to expect one thing and something else happens. I seriously believe Jesse isn't dying tomorrow though

By the way, don't know if this was discussed. But I remember the earlier episode titled "Rabid Dog" and Jesse needing to be put down like Old Yeller. Freaking brilliant how he has a "leash" now working in the meth lab.
