Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

If anything, Walt is a lot smarter than just getting an M60 and going on a killing spree. Dude is gonna make atomic bomb ammunition though lol.

People can not like Jesse, but you can't deny Aaron Paul's terrific performances.

that scene right there man...they ain't deserve that
Catalyst for Jesse to side with Walter again & personally off Todd himself...

Naaaah, Walt is the one that gave the Aryans Brock and Andrea.
So? Jesse tricked Walt into giving-up his location where the money had been along with a several minor/major acts of betrayal throughout the season(s). Despite Walt being in an egotistical state, his intentions were/are still to make sure his family is inevitably okay. The last few seasons have been full of little undercuts, but that still provides an unconventional father/son-type bond between both characters. Both have their reasonings, but I see those being put aside for the greater good (their survival). I can still see one or the other still losing their life, but not before sticking it to the Aryans. Seems like a typical scenario/plot of resurrection, but I'm assuming they think the audience will predict something much more deeper/cynical to the fact that they keep it simple to stir the pot & leave even more room for plausibility...

since a general theme has been loved ones getting killed in front of characters, maybe jesse kills lydia in front of todd lol
Would be nice as she has it coming! Haha!

misdirection? nah man.

dude was DEFEATED when walt jr. gave him that ether. you could see the disappoint in his soul. he was turning himself in and having his last drink. there's no way he devised a plan to get heat to new hampshire, just so he could head back west.

No,.

He's in NH and it's pretty obvious that he's heading back west, he could've just turned himself in back home.

It's pretty obvious that the plan was to get the DEA/Police to focus on NH.

Jesse been through hell man. I'm almost certain he lives.

Todd character is going to blow up after BB. Can see him playing many roles. But i want to to see him as The Joker

 at you thinking he can move more freely in ABQ just because he made a phone call. as if the feds have a limited number of dudes on his case. this dude is on the most wanted list (as said by saul and the vacuum guy). his face is everywhere. you think just because some NH local PD went to go check out that bar he's gonna have free roam in ABQ?

From the flashforward
You can see easily gets in and out of his house pretty quickly without anyone saying anything to him

 @ you thinking he would make a phone call in NH to turn himself in when its clear he still has unfinished business back in NM.

Makes perfect sense.

You really think after everything that has happened he's just going to turn himself in?

He's going out on his own terms, he wont rot in a jail cell.

yeah and in this episode saul mentions that people have been constantly breaking and entering hence the fence. there's no security on that house. skylar and the kids don't live there anymore. i'm sure they searched and cleared everything (minus the ricin). there's no point to watch over the house.

Brock and his fam were just kinda thrown into this season.

Had no emotional reaction when ole girl got murked cause they no longer had a real connection to the plot.

so you think, in all the scenes where it showed how difficult it was for him to travel to the town (tomorrow, i'll do it tomorrow).
tells the vacuum guy that the next time he shows up, he'll probably be dead.
the call to walt jr. saying that this is all he has for him.
then walt jr. telling him to just die.

you think he has unfinished business still? if walt's entire plan was to to go ABQ from the get go, why is he mailing the package of money?

you think that he makes the call to the DEA and sits down for a drink, only to barely escape to elude the feds on purpose?

you don't think the grey matter tv bit gave him new energy to get revenge?

With all that, he made the call to the feds just to bring heat to NH, just so he can go to ABQ with a little less? i guess :rolleyes

He calls the police department, then orders a drink. That's a poor plan for someone that's on the run. If he's trying to avoid the police he wouldn't hang out, drink, and channel surf with the bartender. He would would have placed the call and got the hell out of there.

The Gray Matter thing definitely gave him new energy to get revenge.

I just don't think his intentions were to turn himself in, but I could be wrong.

Don't you roll you eyes at me, young man!

Only one more episode :frown:
