I think if there's a final confrontation between Jesse/Walt.. the first cold open would be the perfect way to set it off. Showing how different they really are but bonded through cooking. I've been waiting for that flashback for the longest time.. but I'm confident in Gilligan and however he decides to show his final 8.

the first one does for sure, and would be one of the show's instant classic scenes. I don't see why they wouldn't do that. The characters deserve a scene like that, and i'm sure there are alot of fans anticipating it.
The hank flashback maybe not so much, or maybe they flashback to the first time hank meets walt and how much of a pushover he thinks walt is...that would a great cold open leading up to the scene where he leaves the bathroom

I thought AMC cut Breaking Bad a couple seasons short because it was costing them too much money. And now they're gonna turn around and make a freaking spin-off?!

if they this last season is only 8 eps, why is it taking so long to shoot them? They doing a full 13 so why the long wait?

5 seasons is plenty for a series like this. Any more and the chances for it to become dull become greater.

I actually I'm over the Skylar hate. I see why she did what she did in the previous season....except for the cheating. There was other things she could have did, ******g her boss isn't one.

Anyone know where to watch the first 8 from season 5? I finished the whole 4 on Netflix, but I need to see the next 8 before the rest drop in July.

Check your cable/s On Demand and perhaps it's there. Then there's the pay options, Amazon has season 5 for 2 dollars an episode to buy. They'll likely run a marathon prior to the final 8 episodes. There's also a chance Netflix will add the first 8 episodes beforehand as well.
