When I think about it I do wish we got to see what Mike meant when he said Lydia doesn't deserve any mercy. He seemed to dislike her as much as he disliked Walt.

Lydia is so damn annoying. She really thinks she is clever and running things when at best she is a necessary for a connect. I wish Mike would have shot her in her damn throat so we wouldn't have to hear her awful voice.
 
Half Measure Mike :smh: He was getting too soft. I think he really realized it when Walt shot him, he knew a large part of why he was in that position is cuz he put himself there. That's why he said get it over with :lol:

**** when I think of it I wonder if that's how Walt will be taken out or in a similar fashion. Mike wanted to hold on to his principles (not giving up his guys) and the only reason he was even doing this was to leave some money for his granddaughter (family) and look how he ended up. Makes sense he was so pissed at Walt, a smarter guy not knowing when he got a good thing going,etc.

I don't get the hate for Lydia though. She hasn't done enough or been on long enough for me to feel anyway about her other than wanting to smash the actress and acting wise her character is suppose to annoy. I also find her funny in the laughing at you sorta way with her paranoia and nervousness.

:rofl: Saul and his laser tag spot reminds me of Barney Stinson always wanting to play laser tag with his friends.

Mike was brilliant with the quotes and insults in season 5. When he was threatening Lydia "I'm going to pull out my pistol and shoot you in the head" :lol:

The more I think about it, the more I think that it's gonna end with Walt taking out the Nazi's, all except Todd, because he's off somewhere. Then Walt and Jesse have a face off, and out of nowhere Jesse is shot and killed. Cut to Todd holding the gun, then Walt & Todd continue to run the enterprise

I can totally see Todd being fine with Walt killing his uncle and friends like it was nothing on some

My final prediction?

Walt ends up taking out the Nazi's miraculously. Actually it's not "miraculously" because they're shooting is awful.
Anyways he takes them out and has good reason to believe Jesse somewhere within the compound.
He finds him. Jesse ,in full RABID DOG mode for reasons unknown ,attacks Walt.
Walt, too sick to put up fight, eventually loses his confrontation and has a gun pulled on him. BANG BANG.
*cue credits*

I feel like Jesse actually grows his balls and goes a full-measure by offing Walt.

That or they both team up somehow(not sure how since Jesse is chained up like a dog). Kill Jack and Todd. As Walt stares at them lying on the ground, Jesse pulls the tool behind him and shoots him in the back of the head.

Either way , Walt dies, I don't see it ending other way. I'm sure Vince has something up his sleeve though.

Everyone's so sure Walt dies. Has it been confirmed by the creators and I missed it?

I feel like Todd is using them as a means to an end. He obviously lacks respect amongst the group and he looks at Walt as some kind of iconic figure

the way i see it its all chess (much like the wire)

walt is the queen

and his family is the king

he dies in order to save the king (second most important piece saving the most important) and because the king doesnt die, its a "happy" ending

the more i thought about this theory the more it made sense.

when working for gus walt was a pawn, he was really restricted in what he could do because of gus/hank/skyler so he pretty much could only move forward slowly (real life: cooking meth everyday and following orders, chess: pawn can only move one square forward per turn)

in chess a pawn rarely makes it across the board, its pretty much a miracle if it does. much like how walt manages to stay alive/off hank's radar the whole time.

at the end of season 4 walt somehow someway makes it to the other side and kills the king (gus). what happens when a pawn makes it to the other side of the board? he becomes a queen (ignore the gender title, this is strictly chess)

in season 5 we see walt enjoy the effects of being a queen, much like a pawn being able to move in any direction however far he wants walt also finds all his restrictions gone. he is his own boss, he starts ignoring skyler telling him to not spend money (buying the cars) and he even fearlessly confronts hank.

as for his family being the king, it also happens to mirror what a king does in chess

in chess a king stays way back, never really moving (family stays home all the time)

the only time you would move your king is when it's in danger, such as at the end of season 4 where they all move to hanks place

not sure if all this was actually intended by the writers but i thought it was pretty cool

Think I said that a while back also. I mean we understand why, but at the same time we don't.
 
I think he was just saying that she isn't some naive, feeble, woman who needs pity. Plus we saw how frustrating it was to work with her and how high strung she is and she panicked and tried to have Mike killed :lol: for a career, professional criminal like Mike, she's the last person he wants to work with.
 
My favorite episode is on right now "Dead Freight" aka the train episode.
