I`m on season 3 show picked up at the end of season 2 I was ready to give up on it. I just finished the episode when Walters Wife cheated, that mad me pissed.

Walt's reason for cooking meth is much worse than Skylar's reason to let her boss inside her guts.
All I'm saying is that some of you guys are too easily persuaded into hating Skylar.
I used to not like Skylar but now she's okay.
I think that Walt is so likeable that no matter what he does, dudes will still root for him despite all his ills.

U can you easily gloss over walt's TRUE REASON for making this money at this amount!? It's not like it was subtle.
Skylar has never been as bad as u guys make her out to be. She isn't Jenny from forest gump
Do you know how much physical harm Walt as put them at risk for? And a huge part of it was EGO. He could have had his medical bills payed for
Many of u clearly missed a giant monologue from last season. .. It was laid out and it's been a huge mystery for the entire show

Let's not pretend this ***** supported Walt when it was first revealed to her what he did and why he did it. We all know why Walt continues to cook and that's because of his massive ego, but Skylar's non-supportive holier than thou schtick wears thin on viewers.

She couldn't have been written as a martyr or saint because we wouldn't want to see Walt, our protagonist, treat her poorly for an entire series. They started the show with her holding the power in the marriage so it gave Walt a place to grow and take control. She's certainly had her awful moments, but people like watching Walt break bad, so Skylar is seen as an obstacle but without the fun of being an actual villain. We could enjoy Gus because he was a worthy adversary and entertaining... but Skylar is just there.

I hate her character too.
I mean there's moments where she's cool. Like when she was the Queenpin for a minute, with the car wash.
And yeah, the show put her in real backlash position, with the cookblockin and goin full Closer on him.
But at the end of the day...for me...it's her face.
Anna Gunn has a hateable face.
