Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

A few things I noticed, I don't know if they've been mentioned already as I haven't skimmed through the last few pages:
  • The wall inside the home being tagged with Heisenberg means that the truth about who Walt really is comes out
  • Very ironic that a murdering junkie has become the character to act as the moral compass
  • Walter has gone full Gus Fring - Lydia visited Walt at the car wash as Walt once visited Gus at Pollos Hermanos under the pretense of "business" in order to discuss their actual business; we also see Walt lay the towel down on the floor by the toilet and turn the water on when vomiting as Gus was shown doing

Gilligan is on tonight's episode, so I'm gonna check it out.

Plus, at comic-con he said the show would have a more serious tone than the Talking Dead.
are they going to be doing the breaking bad podcast again ? joint was very informative and the details they put in every episode it was almost as good as the show
Yup, I believe so. So much good stuff in there.

Jesse really didn't start off a murderer or junkie. He was a user and dealer with some connects. He became a real murderer because of Walt and he became a junkie because of Jane via all the wild **** he was doing with Walt (bathroom tub, Crazy 8's long death, surviving Tuco, etc.)

You guys, AMC wants you to watch their new show. They know you're going to tune out the minute you see the BB preview, so they run this show a little longer. It's quite simple.

This was a cheap ploy by AMC, i expect better from this network.

Airing the show after BB is enough of a lead in.

Yeah i think they've been touched on. I got a little hyped when Jessie pulled out his pack in Saul's office with Huell sitting right by him. I thought the camera would cut to a reaction or maybe Jessie would've put something together but I guess not.

Yeah, I took that as a little hint of a confirmation that Huell lifted the ricin cigarette from Jesse.

Ehh, not really cheap imo. All they did was skip a commercial break. They are in the business of getting ratings.

Plus the preview went up on AMC's website at pretty much the same time as it aired on that show, so you didn't have to watch.

yo wait wait wait.... IS THAT DUDE WITH THE GOATEE ON LOW WINTER SUN ZIGGY SOBOTKA?

I can't picture that dude in any other role

Right, my point was that he has been guilty of heinous acts but refused to let them consume him and still maintains a sense of morality, however small that may be.

He's done just as bad, or worse, than the majority of the characters but is seemingly the only one left with a soul.

Walt is done. He has always underestimated Jesse but now that Jesse is smart enough to see through Walt's lies, he knows Walt killed Mike. Walt doesn't make it this far without Jesse on his side...but now that Jesse is onto him + Jesse has nothing left to live for except to make amends, you gotta think he'll be Walt's downfall.

Even with all those files, Hank still doesn't have any hard evidence to make sure Walt is guilty in court...only a handful of people left can testify (Jesse, Lydia, Todd, Saul). Hank already knows about Jesse/Walt's relationship so you gotta think he's the one to pursue.

And Low Winter Sun is already getting slandered by everyone....there's no show that can thrive in this post-BB slot

I don't get how you guys can post DURING an awesome show like that.

and this is only an 8 episode season, of course they are going right into it.
