Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

walt wont kill skylar... but lydia would. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

or walt would finally leave skylar alone which was his plan from the getgo. make the money to support them then die.

but when walt confronts hank about the tracker, he says that it looks like the same exact one they used to track gus, and hank was perosnally tracking gus, not the dea, so it was a personal tracker hank had
But was there a computer in the garage to track Walt
:nerd:

I think he's over the "king pin" phase. He seems to just want to launder the rest of the money and build up the carwash business.

Definitely but remember as soon as his pride/ego/manhood is challenged he turns into Heisenberg. Speaking of that, I think the dudes who come after Walt's family and do his crib like that are the cartel guys he met out in the desert with Mike and Jesse.

Also, anyone else think there’s a possibility of Walt leaving the country? Maybe he makes a deal with Lydia and the Czechs and says listen, if you can provide me a new identity, safety and freedom, I’ll move to Czech Republic to cook meth for you for 3 months (or however long until he comes back), all in an effort to hide from the DEA. He’ll mentor someone in the process so that the Czechs get their meth producer by the time he’s gone. When he comes back to New Mexico, he’s ready to wreak havoc. The only problem with this theory is that it would be a worldwide search for him and that would bring too much heat... unless he fakes his own death before leaving. I don't know, just spitballing theories here lol.

Walt has no cancer! No way he has cancer and full head of hair and beard. My prediction is Walt was throwing up in the bathroom like Gus because he's going poison hank with the ricin while drinking togther at the baby's birthday. There going to put the blame on Jessie because when Brock was poisoned he told the doctors specifically what was wrong and his history with hank. Walt will have Jesse killed in prison by todds uncle and point all evidence to jesse being heisenberg. By the time hank awakes from the Poison Walt will have faked his death due to cancer to protect his family from the unhappy international drug lords, lidia and delcan and it will be to late for him to do anything. A year passes by and Walt wants to see his family on his 52nd birthday and finds his old home abandoned

because having cancer automatically makes your hair fall out... No offense, but if your prediction is true, its a terrible ending to the greatest show on television.

Yup Walt is definitely serious about being done cooking...can't believe how much his whole character changed. When Skyler asked him who Lydia was at the carwash, I know everyone was expecting another Walt lie to Skyler but he told her the whole thing and I was like :wow: This man IS changed!

The thing is - Lydia still has more connections and resources than Walt right now. I'm sure she has muscle while Walt doesn't have anyone left so I'm guessing that Lydia uses it to threaten Walt's family to force him to return. As smart as Walt is, this show has proven that it doesn't matter how smart you are, if you're trying to juggle too many things at the same time, it will lead to your downfall. If Walt has to deal directly with Hank, Lydia, and possibly Jesse? He's done!

I don't know if I've ever seen writing better than this show, ever. What they are doing is absolute chess to tic tac toe. Every detail comes back. Every foreshadowing.

I just got my wife to start season 1, she plowed thru 6 episodes in a row, and that was the "slow" season. :pimp:

I heard a reference to a Members Only jacket, which pretty much blew me away. That's a reference for all time right there.

The characters, Tuco, to Saul, to Gus, to Mike, and in the end, it's going to be him v Jesse and Hank. I don't think Skylar is a problem anymore, they seem to have worked things out and are moving on just fine. I think Skylar and the kids get away unscathed.

Hank, Jesse and Walt will be in for war. Just as a long shot, maybe the guys that bought Walt out come back gunnin, and Jesse and Hank stand with Walt to defeat them, but then in the end have to turn on Walt and that gives us the ultimate showdown. Walt and Hank go down, Jesse leaves for good. The "winner" The only one left, and the one with the best heart, the one that can step back and not get power mad and try to run everything, but just fade off into the sunset and live his life.

Not to mention when AMC showed their little preview last night it had a sound clip of Hank talking to someone saying I can't believe he was under my nose this whole time.

I doubt it was anyone DEA.

I doubt it was Gomez.

The only other person he can have that convo with that would have an idea what's going in is Skylar
Or he's explaining everything to Marie.

So when he realizes Leaves Of Grass is missing, connects the dots to Hank’s discomfort, and confirms his suspicions by finding a tracking device on his Dodge Challenger, it’s both terrible and wonderful. Terrible: His secret is out. Wonderful: He has a project. And he feels fully up to the task, all but sneering at Hank for his clumsy use of the same tracking device the two of them planted on Fring’s car. “If you don’t know who I am, maybe your best course of action is to tread lightly,” he warns a shaken, awestruck Hank. Making meth was never what Heisenberg was all about. Having an enemy to crush, whether it be in business or in the struggle to survive—that’s the essence of Walt’s alter ego. And he seems to grow a foot taller when he’s able to set that side of himself free.

Now it’s Hank’s move, and how he plays it will depend on where his priorities lay. Justice? Walter argues that cancer will take care of that before the law can. Family? The fragile peace they’ve achieved is built on death and deceit, but it still might be better than the alternative. Vengeance? Hank has been crippled and unmanned, quite literally, by Walt’s quest for power. He’s always fixated on bringing down Heisenberg as the key to reclaiming his self. Maybe we’re going to find out if that project is indeed the cure for his wounded psyche … which would bring him full-tilt up against Walt’s project to mow down anything that threatens him. There doesn’t seem to be a way for both of them to win. But I can think of plenty of ways both of them could lose.
This was really well said

Watched last nights episode again.
Hank didnt admit you putting the tracker on Walts car. So I dont think Hank did it. Theres alot of people up top that was depending on Walts blue meth, and theyre losing money, and you know it must be serious for Lydia to show up at the car wash being she's so paranoid. I think the big heads are coming after Walt, and will prob kill his whole family or try to. I wouldnt be surprised if that company Walt sold his share of is in on it.
:nerd:

He didn't need to admit it, the look on his face said everything you needed to know.

They would try to get him to cook again, before killing him. The problem is the purity.

Attention People.

Having cancer doesn't mean you lose your hair.

The Chemo results in hair loss depending on the patient.

That is all.

Exactly. Hank is simply dealing with the cancer instead of treating it. He is banking on dying soon so why wreck yourself with chemo. If you remember in the first episode of season 5 he takes a pill at the diner with his food so as to not get nauseous . Most likely it is something to help with the pain of cancer.

His hair is grown out because he is on the run so he is trying to alter his appearance.

I knew Walt's cancer was back with his coughing earlier in the season.

I don't think it's as bad as Walt makes it seem though. Walt's a fighter, he beat it once, and beat everyone. You think he's going to wither away?

I think he played it up to still look weak to Hank. Then he saw that wasn't going to work.

This. I think Walt played the "I'm gonna die in 6 months,Hank" card just so Hank wouldnt prosecute him and to also buy time. But once Hank was like "You can rot in a cell for all I care", Walt busted the now infamous line "Tread Lightly" as a scare tactic.

My prediction:
Walt will kill Jesse or have someone kill Jesse. Hank will start an all out manhunt to catch Walt but Walt will get Saul to get him out with the guy that can "make people disappear". Before Walt disappears he makes it a point to kill everyone who knows anything. He ricins Hank. He takes that gun and does a driveby and kills Jesse. He has Lydia meet him up in a random location then offs her in an epic way.He blows up Jesse's house. And FINALLY, in the very LAST scene of the season finale, he throws Skylar off a cliff into a river of hungry crocodiles. THEE END.

his hair being grown out isnt to alter his appearance.... its to show how much time has lapsed since what we watch in the present with the Walt/Hank confrontation.  To show he is no longer getting treatment for his cancer and to show that he just doesnt give a ****

Best part of the episode for me was when his neighbor saw him outside and looked like she saw a ghost and he spoke to her just to mess with her.

Besides the house, it made me wonder what goes down the rest of the season for her to act that way.

- Also, over the weekend a new Breaking Bad theory was floated, one in which it’s noted that Walt’s penchant for adopting things from people he kills could point to him killing Skyler. Taking this into consideration, could Walt’s choice of jacket in this scene point to Walt murdering Jesse?

crazy 8 = cutting off bread crust
gus= volvo & towel under the knees while vomiting (2nd is just ironic because he never saw gus do it)
mike= neat drinks
