Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

Walt isnt walt anymore tho. Dude is evil, i cant really see him being alive in the end. Everyone in this show has done some bad s***. The only person that should see thru the end is Walter Jr and the baby.

How was the show supposed to kill off Jesse earlier in the series before the re-write?

I'm not coming back into this thread. Too many predictions being thrown out there. I feel somebody is gonna be right ruin my surprise lol.

i think walt quit the chemo since his cancer is only getting worse.  he's been doin chemo since the start, if its not working anymore he might have just decided to quit it. besides i think chemo makes you sick which is why he was throwing up in the episode.

He's still fighting the chemo, since he was even bothering to take his meds in the Denny's bathroom.

People are rooting for walt because when the show started he was the underdog so to speak

This is why the show is great. Your views and feelings slowly change. Rooting for Walt in the first 3 even 4 seasons was obvious.

Now? I'm conflicted. Walt doesn't have any redeeming qualities or goals left to root for.

Ok.. So the beginning of the show was the end.. And what he got from the wall jack was ricin?

Few things..

Cancer doesn't make you lose your hair, chemo does.

Speculation about who the ricin is for seems to ignore another possibility, we haven't met that person yet. For a show that likes to subvert your expectations, that's what I'm expecting right now... we don't know who the ricin is for because we haven't met them. You also have to assume that if the ricin is for an obvious enemy of Walt's, say Hank for example, he'd have to get close enough to that person to poison their drink/food/whatever. So if Hank is hunting Walt, it might be harder to poison him with ricin.

Walt basically killed Jane. It was responsible for her turning over, he watched he die, I've always counted that as kind of manslaughter. He didn't go there intending to kill her, but he caused her to roll over and did nothing to stop it.

Gus killed Victor primarily because he was seen at the crime scene. When Gus got called in to discuss his involvement with Gale, there was a composite sketch of Victor.

It really is great to go through this thread and see all the predictions on what everyone thinks is going to happen. A true testament on how creative and fantastic this show really is.

I for one think the house getting trashed has something to do with Todd and his uncle. Who else would he have left the cooking to? I can see them getting frustrated since they are making an inferior product and not being able to bank because of that.

Recall the poem Ozymandias
“Half sunk, a shattered visage lies, whose frown, And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command, Tell that its sculptor well those passions read, Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things.”
“And on the pedestal these words appear: “My name is Ozymandias, king of kings: Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!”

I LOVED Hank's "I'm getting to the bottom of this mystery scene."

I liked how they recalled like 10 events by merely using pictures.

At the rate this show is going, it will take my placeholder of best thriller show, which is currently held by Death Note.

Jesse's scenes were obviously great.

I'm not fond of Jesse, but his scenes this episode made me really like him.

I couldn't figure out if his most emphasized on tears were for Mike or that the fact that he knew Walt was lying straight to his face.

My whole thing with brock is if walt wanted to bring jessie to his side without a doubt in jessie mind he would have killed brock

this always bugged me , why did hank go take a poop in the master bedroom? wasnt everyone outside?

and this broad lydia is like the female walter ,barging in to walt and skylers car wash like walt would barge into pollos hermanos

and she learned nothing from the aaron hernandez case , rentals leave paper trails

Exactly. I can't believe dude really said people only root for Walt because he's a middle aged white man.

Everyone ends up on Walts side because we saw him come up. From a dismal 50th birthday where he got diagnosed with cancer, to starting out in the game on a complete fluke, to coming up step by step, risk by risk, and eventually becoming, there's no other phrase for it, THAT *****.
