Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

He's still taking his pills like the scene in the denny's bathroom shows. Him having hair could just mean that he hasn't received chemo. Chemo is what causes hair loss, not cancer
That's like cancer 101.

What we're seeing now is the CURRENT, he IS in chemotherapy now, so when they flash forward to Denny's he's already beaten the cancer. Now whether or not the store picks up from there or not we don't know.

Nah, Hank has to die. The flash forward I don't think is the end. They showed us that to show where it is now and they are just filling in the gaps. There's no way Walt does all of this and gets to get away man. I personally don't seeing him living.
It has to be a full year though, because at the beginning of season 5 he's celebrating his birthday at Denny's. With a full head of hair, so that means he'd beaten the cancer. Then in episode 9, he says" hi" to his neighbor and she's happy. But in the beginning of the episode, he says "hi" in the future and she drops her groceries in fear. This is after his house is shown abandoned and vandalized with "Heisenberg" graffiti everywhere.
I meant to say Walt has to die my bad

. For the timeline the diner scene is now and from the character's POV the way it was written, he's been through everything. The point of season 5 is to now fill in the gaps for us (the viewer). I think when we get to the point where we were in the opening scene of season 5, we will know the likelihood of Walt dying, but we have to get to that point in the story.

^ wtf is this guy Nomad talking about? His hair grown out couldn't mean he just stopped receiving treatment? Maybe because Walter White "died" when he fakes his death?

i feel like walt has to defeat all of his enemies, the show cant end and its some random czech hitmen or todd's uncle's posse that just takes out the great Heisenberg.  Not even Hank, for all his policework, should be able to outsmart Walt and catch him.  Jesse or Skylar could, but to be defeated from within by those who endeavored to protect would be too cruel.

only after defeating all of his enemies (todd?/uncle?/lydia?/czechs?/hank?/skylar?) will walt finally be able to die on his own terms.

I mean, but who on the show died on their own terms? Gus, the twin brothers, Tuco etc. They all had that indestructible mentality until the brakes got cut on their operation-unexpectedly to them. What makes Walt any different?

He is the danger.  He is the one who knocks.

(Not the one that knocks.  that's bad grammar)

Maybe it helps if you have pictures...screen capped some images from episode 1 and episode 9 that may be useful to you.

Someone mentioned something in here that is interesting about Marie being a crook.

I can totally see all 3 of them talking about it (minus Walt) and Skylar admitted that Walt quit and is clean. Marie going from shocked to intrigued. Saying "We'll if Walt isn't selling drugs anymore, why break up the family? Lets enjoy the money, travel (I could be wrong but I feel like she mentioned her want to travel)." Marie just strikes me as the type to take advantage of a situation.

^ Good reminders Nomad. I forgot about the driver's license in that episode. Maybe he comes back to the scene and gets got? When you gone, you stay gone.

True, but he did have a New Hampshire driver's license when he hands it to the girl. Indicating he disappeared and the Denny's was in New Mexico meaning he came back.

Now I have to go back and fact check the driver's license. From what I can remember that part stood out. the plate may be NM, but I def remember the license. When they showed it I did a

because it showed that he bounced for a period of time. Then I started to wonder what happened to his family and everyone etc.

Come to think of it, the NH's plate is all green

i think the m60 is for gretchen and eliot, walk straight into their office and let everyone have it, walt's final act is the destruction of gray matter.
Too real  :smh:

Too vindictive for Walt. Only see him doing that if the cancer is going to kill him in a few days.
i wanted hank to realize everything i.e.

the ride along,
captain cook,
the gas mask they found in the desert,
the missing high school lab equipment,
the fugue state,
the 2nd cellphone,
the half a million in a duffle when skylar kicked him out
and the drunken pool party.
I think he's gonna investigate more, get mad when he figures those things out, and then really try to nail Walt.

What I would give to see Walt taken in and it to be revealed to Hank that his attorney is Saul  Then just have Walt sit quietly as Saul talks him to freedom just like Mike did.
