Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

Well once I saw she was cheating I hated her before that she was just annoying. Her telling him out of spite was the point of no return.

I ended up loving her giving away the money just for that brilliant scene of Walt in the crawl space. It was a clear dumb move though, especially after seeing what Ted did with it. Somehow his actions and straight aloofness for the tax evasion matter just reflected even worse on her. I wanted Ted dead then too.

Yes, I honestly don't like Tony at all.

Oddly enough I'm halfway through the Sopranos right now.:lol:

Really don't get what people loved so much about him. The character is a piece of ****, racist, womanizing prick. Nothing endearing to me at all.

Here's my problem with women like Ana Gunn and characters like Skylar White: they want to have their cake and eat it too. When it benefits them they want to be the traditional woman: submissive, and supported, but when they feel that their opinion is fact, they want to be strong and in charge in order to further their agenda or follow their desired course of action. The "in charge" part is often referred to as "equality," which means that they usually take the less dominant role in a relationship and now they want to be dominant for whatever reason or "equal" to the role that they have given their husband or boyfriend.

If Gunn feels that Skylar is a likable character or is somehow a victim in the situation or even more laughable, the main protagonist, then she has gotten a little too into character and needs to put the Kool-Aid that she is sipping to the side. The character that she portrays is not a supportive or loving wife. She's a cold-hearted, pushy and manipulative woman. Let's not forget that she has cheated on her husband, belittled him, embarrassed him, emasculated him and has threatened him several times. Walter isn't a likable guy, he's worse than her, but at least he had a noble goal in "breaking bad," which was to provide for his family, something that his wife was clearly not interested in doing.

Skylar is the rock in Walter's shoe. Even though she has reluctantly signed on to assist and benefit from Walter's criminal enterprise, she gets in the way as often as possible. That kind of woman is a huge pain in the ***, criminal enterprise or not. It's the woman who complains when the money is low, but also complains when her man isn't home because he's out making money. smh They not only want their man to be the provider, they want to tell him how to provide, every damn step of the way. As for the idiots who can't separate Gunn from Skylar, I'm not buying her shock over it. Actors who play unlikable characters have had to deal with hate way before Skylar came on the scene.
