This shows dope one of my all time favorites but walking dead comes close to being just as good

Exactly. In season 4. That's why I'm lost. Huell lifted that cigarette forever ago and Jesse realized it was gone while Brock was in the hospital.

Most realistic theory is that Jesse noticed how Huell lifted the weed from him, saw the cigs and was reminded of losing the ricin.

Back before Brock was poisoned, Jesse had the ricin sig and Huell lifted it off of him by patting him down or something. He just realized the way Huell lifted the weed off of him that it was him who took the ricin sig off of him.

Nah screw that. I'm gonna get a joy out of people who find out about this on Netflix down the road and have a Heisenberg smerk on my face knowing that they missed all of this while it was going on.

Brock was poisoned by the Lilly flower Walt had at his house

They couldve explained how he came to his realization a little bit better but more importantly jesse didnt have to put hands on my dude saul like that smh
 
i thought when walt devised the plan to lift the ricin, huell stole the original, he then made two cigs, one he "found" at jesse's house, and the duplicate he put back into a pack.  remember the cig they found is the ricin he put behind the socket.

i think when he swiped the ricin he had a back up plan in case jesse ever found out

when huell lifted his tree this time, he gave him back the duplicate pack w the ricin cig
