Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

Maybe Walt wants to get Jesse kidnapped so he can talk to him, then they can fix this and they all live happily ever after. And Walt can be Brock's godfather.

. Now hes crossed the line.

But Walt didnt cross the line poisoning Brock and killing Mike ?
Mike? No not really.

Brock was temporary. He wasn't really hurt.

Even Walt knew he was wrong for killing Mike.... He regretted it as soon as he realized he could have gotten the contact info from Lydia.
He had wrong reasons that were spoken and he verbally regretted not having a better logical reason for killing Mike.

He doesn't regret the act of killing Mike though.

He killed Mike cuz he constantly disrespected him and talked down on him and in this game that's reason enough. Chalk it up to a little bit of Tuco in Walt.

Talked down to him ? Thats reason enough ?

But Poisoning kids... perfectly acceptable...
For Walt? Yes rerun all of Walt's and Mike's interactions. Mostly negative for Walt.

In this game that's reason enough. They're not friends. They didn't come in to this together as partners. Walt could've simply killed him cuz Mike wanted out and didn't feel he could trust him. All that back talk from Mike probably gave him flashbacks of Grey Matter too.

Temporary thing with the kid is acceptable given he made himself believe Gus was gonna kill him so he had to kill him by any means necessary. Jesse was just another variable in that equation, not someone he was aiming to hurt. To Walt he thought his life was on the line and when weighing that against what he did Brock just had one bad day.

What happened to Brock wasn't worse than a stomach virus

Todd finds Jesse, Jesse kills Todd to avenge the death of the kid on the dirtbike.

Todd's uncle finds out that Todd was killed, but thinks it was Walts master plan.

Aryans hunt for Walt.

Walt goes on the run.

The end.

did u forget gus putting a bag over walt's head and threatening to kill his whole family, wife, son  and infant baby?

the decision was just to poison brock, not kill brock, not paralyze brock, not leave brock brain dead.  it wasnt even question of being morally acceptable, it was his ONLY option.

Yeah, he does. I just wish Walt really had it out for him. This episode showed that Walt really does care about Jesse in some weird, twisted way.

Sucks, man. I wanted to see Walt save Jesse and subsequently die or some heroic ****. Makes me sad.:frown:

I always knew he did.. when he was telling Jesse to leave town, he was definitely saying that for his own benefit but for Jesse's as well. You could tell with that hug they shared that Walt thinks of him as a son.. also apparent when Junior hugged Walt, as soon as he left he called Jesse because he feels as if he needs to be there for him.. even if Walt is thinking for his own well being. It sucks because it's not going to end well for either of them I feel but I guess with what the show at the core is all about... it's something we all should of expected.

So what did Jesse mean when he said "I'm gonna get you where you really live"?

I was thinking the same thing...

In the previews for next week you can see Skyler and JR look concerned, I think Jesse is gonna go to the Carwash to threaten them in some way to get Walt.

^carwash?

So what did Jesse mean when he said "I'm gonna get you where you really live"?
i think he may have been speaking metaphorically.  remember, thru the whole show the crux is that no one knows walter white is heisenberg.  so he may have been saying heisenberg lives in the shadows, and he will expose him publicy as heisenberg.

I doubt it's his family, why would he want to kill his children? Only thing that makes sense is his Heisenberg persona/ego but I don't know.
