Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

It's time for Jesse to go to Belize. It's been time.

The kid is still alive dammit. Why take it to this level for the kid who is still alive but not for Gale who you murdered in cold blood?

agree, no one wants to talk about that tho
Got it. Just surprised it came out of nowhere is all.
didnt come out of nowhere at all, except for saul deciding to pickpocket him rather then rightfully just take his drugs right out his hand

at Hand2Hand

but to the other guy who doesn't get it, that was painful to read. If you're a BB fan from the jump you should be able to figure out everything being tied up this season.

Then why is jesse so scared and convinced, Walt wants to kill him? He could of already done so.

walt never had a reason to before.  jesse was his partner in all of this. walt broke the trust first, but jesse has now thrown down the gauntlet.

If I recall correctly Gus, Walt and Gomez were all in the hospital after Hank got shot and one of the Silent Tuco goon was in critical condition. Walt stayed with Hank. Gus left Hank and next thing you know the goon died so he wouldn't be able to give info. We all assumed it was Gus but Gus isn't the type to kill with cops around. Could it have been Gomez who was seen seconds later smiling like a child that dude was dead? Anyone correct me if I'm remembering wrong.

yes you are remembering wrong
.

remember when gus showed up, he provided a distraction by giving the cops free chicken.

they let their guard down and stopped surrounding the room the cousin was in.

mike slipped in and put an air bubble in his iv.

If it took this long for Walt to realize that he needed to get rid of Jesse, than really how much "ahead" is he.

For as smart a chessplayer as Walt is, he has his vulnerabilities. He is not untouchable.

Walt's affinity to Jesse has always been his weak spot, just as Jesse's weak spot has been his affinity to Walt and young kids (both of a platonic nature).

Are dudes trolling with this cigarette misunderstanding?

I don't understand Jesse's soft spot for Brock after all the dirt he has done. His morals are horribly skewed. The only sense that I can make of it is his guilt for the death of that kid in the desert, coupled with regret over not being able to have a relationship or family of his own has him projecting his anger with himself toward Walt.

I just dont get why he didn't take the money and run.

I think that you guys are right about Gomie being dirty. Gus had NO ONE on the take in the DEA? Seems fishy.

To the people that are mentioning the DEA leak from seasons 2/3, do you remember what the topic was? (Or better yet the episodes) I want to rewatch and see if I missed something.

Also, Gomie being the disappearer I said as a joke kinda. But I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up being something more than a DEA agent.

Jesse just has a soft spot for kids in general. His own brother about the weed and not snitching. The tweaker's kid. Tomas. Brock. The kid on the dirt bike. Probably because how he grew up and the lack of a relationship he had with his parents or something.

dont see how anybody can support jesse after this episode. guy is nothing but an unloyal junkie snitch... now hes a puppet for hank... i was smh when hank practically shined the light on him that walt actually cared about him but he was too paranoid and probably high to realize that. and his paranoia had him thinking bald dude was there to kill him...

I do not see how gomez would trust hank anyways. hank is gone. hes becoming the real bad guy these last few episodes...
Thank you, I hate Jesse now.

It was all good just a week ago

You guys think we'll find out about Gus's background? Remember how at Don Eladio's place they were all saying this isn't Guatamela anymore even though he knows who's he connected with or whatever. Or how Hank couldn't find anything about Gus when looking into his history.

Nah Gus is done. If they were going to do something like that, they would've done it in the first half of season 5...it's too late to bring up something like that. As for Gomez being ANYTHING more than a secondary character in these last 4 episodes, I doubt it. Just because you're on screen doesn't mean you have to have some major role in the plot. I'm pretty sure the "DEA leak" was nothing more than one of Mike's guys who worked in or around the DEA and served as his ears. He probably had no idea what was going on other than reporting to Mike any news.
