Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

When people start complaining about sound editing, is when you know they're reaching. I stream this on my tablet and hear everything perfectly with no difficulty at all.

As mentioned, the sound coming from your tablet isn't the same as the sound coming from TV or speaker sets. It's been a complaint I've seen in multiple places online.

 talking about reaching, just pick a random page and read a theory and that's reaching. It's a minor issue in an otherwise brilliant season... but if the show gets credit for every single thing they do (even when it's unintentional) it's fair to notice when there's an issue.

no wonder you thought Gomie got hit in the last episode, you're watching on a 9" screen.

I thought Gomie got hit too but I was also very stoned and damn near having heart palpitations because of the excitement of the scene.

Watching on a 70 inch incase that matters

Watching the last episode again. It seems to me that Jessie is starting to outsmart Walt as opposed to Walt outsmarting Jessie. I wonder if this trend will continue?

we dont need these pissing contests, i think the audio has been fine. jesse's voice in the car was i believe intentional, to ratchet up the suspense and make his voice sound really sinister.

Jessie always been intelligent when he has control of his emotions. He's not smarter than a fully engaged Walt though, he outsmarted him because this time Walt made emotional decision instead of considering the facts.

Right. He knew the way to get to Walt was to hit him in a way that walt would act emotionally as opposed to factually.

yeah as soon as it was about Walt's money, game over.  And he was also so sure that Jesse would never rat him out

I am also guilty of thinking gomez got shot due to beer goggles. Rewatched it the next day sober and it seems he was just taking cover and making a stupid face.

Where are people getting this notion that the aryans know where walts money is? They have no idea.

Where did hank get all that money for the fake barrel if no one at work knows about walt/what they know? It could be the top only..or maybe fake money, but in a short time span where do you even get that lol.

I doubt its important but I just thought of it lmao.

they don't want/need walt's money... they want his cook.

Very true but if they knew seven 55 gallon barrels full of 100s and 50s were below their feet, im sure they would murk all including walt.

Why spend all that time cooking when they could be set for life with one score.

But none of that matters since they dont know.

damn lol i totally forgot about amc on hd lol good looking out

im so stupid watching in sd all this time :smh:

today is an exception tho cuz the niners play

Guys I finally did it. Started about 3 weeks ago on netflix and finished all 62 episodes. No more avoiding this thread or twitter

The audio is fine, that's all I gotta say. Whether its coming from a tablet or my TV, I hear everything with no problems.

Welcome! Enjoy the end of the ride.  Just don't complain about waiting a week for the next episode.

Same boat here.

I did nothing for the last couple of weeks except come home and watch Breaking Bad episodes 2-3 at a time.

HOWEVER - Remember that NetFlix only has up to season 5a. There is discussion well into Season 5b in this thread so there are still spoilers.

You've got about 5 episodes to watch before you are totally caught up.

Thats why I said I "started" on netflix. The other 5 were ondemand on my cable provider. I thought the shootout was weak though. Never like that many shots fired for no one to even get scraped (in tv/movies) Then again pretty much everyone involved was wearing vests..
