Thought you guys might find this interesting. This is a case I have currently open with Paypal in a dispute with MarqueeSole.
I received my Lebron 9 PS Elite South Beaches in an unmarked Jordan box, no paper, no additional pink laces and the shoes had some markings on them.

2. Lebron 9 South Beach did not come with the original additional pink laces
3. Lebron 9 South Beach has scratches on side of shoe and on the Nike swoosh as there is paint chipping.
MC Workshop International USA Inc. denied XXXX's request for a $530.00 USD refund.

1. You did not fully disclose that the shoes did not come without the original box or the pink shoelaces. Any reputable dealer would not describe their shoes as "100% authentic" and send out the shoes without full original packaging. If so, this should be FULLY DISCLOSED in the actual listing.
2. The shoes are damaged PLAIN AND SIMPLE. There is paint chipping in multiple locations on the shoes
3. I own a shoe store myself, I cannot sell these to any customer as I am a reputable retailer myself unlike MarqueeSole.
4. Shipping did not take the 3 day grace period as indicated on the website PLAIN AND SIMPLE. . http://www.marqueesole.com/shipping.php . The seller indicated a 3 day grace period before actually shipping the item. I ordered the shoes on 5/8 and did not receive info on the shipping until 5/14, only to find out that half my order was cancelled. The seller seems to have forgotten that. My money was on hold for 6 days before half my order was refunded, not to mention it was shipped out late.
