From the New England area mad bored w/ the Patriots? I really could not care less if this team doesn't go 19-0. I already have bets that they won't,and I hope imma get paid. It's gettin pretty crusty, everytime i turn to espn its something about that Patriots

. We ALL KNOW how good they are, we all know their record, and we all KNOW itsgoing to be damn-near impssible to beat them at Gillette. With that said, i hope they get knocked out in their first play-off game, Don Shula and i would bevery happy men.

If im a traitor, so be it. Im so bored with the Patriots winning all the time. I mean who is actually going to be genuinely excited when the Pats win the superbowl for like the 4th time in 7 years? Im as Bostonian as it gets, and since this isn't even really a "Boston" team, i dont feel bad about it onebit.
 
pats fans definitely aren't bored with winning. the rest of us are bored of them, but any fan never gets bored of their own team winning. I won't evenfront, if the niners were 16-0 going into the playoffs their season thread would be 100+ pages long and everyone on this board would hate us
 
I'm tired of hearing about them everyday on the news and in the papers, but I guess you can't be mad at a city taking pride in it's team.

All my damn neighbors have the Pats flag up, next to the Redsox , Celtics coming soon I'm sure... call me a hater but I hope they go out early.

Honestly, i don't have too many fond memories of the Pats growing up anyway. It was always Celtics, Red Sox, Bruins...always.

All im saying is that the Pats winning it all will feel nothing like it did on 02', and will feel nothing like the ALCS in 04'. THOSE were great sportsmoments for the New England area. Although this will be epic, im just not as excited for it. I want all the sports analysts predicting perfection to eat theirwords. Real Talk. Now, if Washington won the super bowl, that would be sooooooo

i see where you're coming from, but to root for another team just because we're so dominant? whats the opposite of a bandwagoner? cuzyou're it.

Anyway, all im saying is that it's getting old. I would much rather see Washington or Green Bay win it because it would mean so much more. Washington fansgetting some kind of good out of a terrible tragedy > greedy New England fans getting another ring.
 
wish i had that same problem goin on with the bears right now!! you should appreciate!! in about 3-5 years this team will be in the rebuilding process like allgreat dynasties!!
