Can someone explain this joke to me

It's from when the 2 iPhones were "lost" in the bars before they were supposed to come out.

She says two iPhones walk into a bar and she FORGETS the rest. As in, she was one of the iPhones that walked into the bar and got so trashed, she forgets the rest of what happened after the bar. Pretty simple joke lol

This is it, the iphone 4 got lost at a bar by an employee and was bought by gizmodo and shown before it was released, and the same happend with a 4s

I'm glad I wasn't the only one that was lost. I had a feeling it had something to do with those phones that were left in the bar.

I figured it was just a joke only John Malkovich would laugh at. Son is weird like that.
 
Man I thought it was because they call the Apple store the genius bar. So someone takes it in to get repaired and it is reset to factory settings.
