'12 was amazing...but, am v concerned about how "tactical free kicks" will work out (ie can you pull too forward on defense, or get carded, can this be exploited online?) last year was too easy to exploit, and it made online experience not as enjoyable as it could be.

FIFA trailers look like this every year...for the past like 5 years

I was hoping to see actual gameplay footage...

FIFA needs to work on it's core issues...

One of the major ones...

Your player (i don't give a damn if it's HULK/Ronaldo) should not be able to shoot damn near from the halfway line a shot with so much venom that the keeper is forced to parry...

I lost a lot of online matches, cause every time I would go up a goal or two...the opponent would just fire away, force a parry, get a corner, goal.

It just doesn't happen like that in real life.

I wouldn't mind if they could speed up "button lag".

I also want them to fix one of the most crucial issues...when you make a ground pass from player 1 to player 2, sometimes, player 2 won't move (even if you try and make him run to the ball), he will just stand there and wait to receive the pass, thus leaving your opponent time to run in front of player 2 and intercept.

Fix those....those are more important that shouting at a ref

These 2 make me

lol especially your guy just standing waiting for the ball. Players go get the ball in real life, well more times than not. That's one of the things you are taught as a kid - go to the ball, don't let the ball come to you.
I am still pumped and will buy it on RD...

Add to that:
- career mode flat out sucks (I mostly play offline)

In be a player, I should be able to request to be subbed when my player is tired. They had that option in 09, and for some reason they                                   removed it in 11 and 12.

They need to fix the leveling up of young players: making it more like 09 would be a start. Ideally, something like Winning Eleven 8/9 (different types of progression curves) would have me all over this new FIFA.

Big transfers should be toned down and clubs should able to hold on to their star players more easily

International duties added a new twist to the game and it needs to make a return.

Ability to create/improve stadium appearance would be a plus.

Better/more realistic player accomplishments

The only way I'll buy this version on RD is if the career mode is greatly improved. Otherwise, I'm probably gonna pass and see what they offer in 14.

If you hold LT+RT when receiving a pass it let's you move freely (i.e. towards the moving ball if you'd like). Knowing this is huge for keeping the ball.
