my condo complex is 4 stories tall. i am glad to be on the ground floor. you know how much of a pain in the butt it is to move furniture into an elevator or heaven forbid, on a staircase?

I hear the only drawbacks of top floor is getting the furniture up there... and groceries...

Besides that... top floor is #bawse.

But if I could get a spot in a nice area with a crazy view I'd consider living on a higher floor.

I live on the first. I like it since we have dogs it's a lot easier taking them out on the first floor.

But moving into a house the end of July, my closing date is on the 26th

will feel good to be out of apt living..

i also heard that the electricity bill may be high if you're on the top floor
