Joey Bada$$ 1999 mixtape

Capital STEEZ (Feat. Dirty Sanchez, Joey Bad*****, CJ Fly, Rokamouth & Dessy Hinds) - Blackk Krown produced by Joey Bad*****

Song is ill, didn't know that Joey also produced :pimp:. Can't wait for the Pro.Era EP droping next month

I dig the production on this track. Good song but way too many people on the track. I could have done with out the last two features.

I seen this thread before, and never really paid attention to it in the past. I just so happen to stumble across dude while listening to Smoke DZA's GFC, and I was like there is something about his delivery. It only took one listen to know this kid is special. I immediately had to hop on the 1999, and it's been in rotation since.

they're on Hot97 wit rosenberg right now if you wanna peep da stream.

"Only 20 years?2 ****** decades bro"

Rosenberg was on point with the Wu Tang comparison in that they should get Joey going first (as they have) like the Wu did with Meth & from there get everyone else on. They'll be able to bring in fans from Joey & from there put people on to everyone else they have in Pro Era.

Those freestyles were tough :smokin

12/21 :nthat: Can't wait

^^^

I didn't hear what Rosenberg said but Wu came out as a crew. "Protect Your Neck" was the first single.

"Method Man" was the B-Side.

"Method Man" definitely popped off though which led to Meth's solo deal and the rest is history.

I know his producer (Chuck Strangers) from elementary school. We used to play gameboy advance together. I still see dude on the 2 train. It's good seeing them come up man! Makes me think what I'm doing at 18
